Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on the other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to sides and soffits of lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. surface in curved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars, 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips of Fe-500 conforming to IS -1786-1985 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels, betc. span over 1.5m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over and including 3mm thick white wall care putty over the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement and preparing of old decorated surface of wall, external fins, fascia, vertical and horizontal surface of roof projection, chajja, etc and applying two coats of weather coat (smooth classic) anti fungal exterior coating emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soots, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots, etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer on ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles, dark shade/double charged/ultra charged,10mm thick (square or rectangular), polished area of each the n. exc. 0.36 sqm, laid as on floors, setting and jointed with cement slurry over and including 15mm thick bedding of layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n. exc. 1.5 Sqm each and removing from the site including cutting holes required for taking out existing hold fast, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Serail item No. 15 here-in-before but exc. 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium frame work as in partition wall, doors and window chowkhat with one or more rebates including joining beads cleat set etc. weight not less than 0.55Kg/RM complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Anodised aluminium window and ventilator, cupboard shutters, sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.). complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5.5mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc. 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Anodized aluminium DECO grill, made of 6mm dia aluminium bars, size of mesh 50mm x 50mm, fixed with aluminium frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 1.9mm thick for aluminium window complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Aluminium Mortice lock, vertical type of size 75 mm, 4 lever, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of Door closer Aluminium (Die cast) body Hydraulically regulated (designation No. 3) universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairing only aluminum door shutter of any description including taking down and refixing with necessary adjustment to door spring/door closer, aluminum/rubber beading, glass pane, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding, fixed as in eaves board, planed on both sides with butt hinges, fixed with screws/nails complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 27 here-in-before but fixing only copmlete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable boarding obtained from Serial item No. 26 above shall be re-used.

M& L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new/old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth over a coat of pink primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulstion, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick Non asbestos (classic designer pattern) fibre cement building board inserted in to anodised aluminium snap grid ceiling comprising of snap grid frame work for false ceiling of 605mm x 605mm size panel with hangers 4mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of slab ceiling cleats made out of GI flat of size 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expension hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as per manufacturers instructions including fixing of nut, bolt and clamps with help of drilling machine complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 1mm thick steel rolling shutters, with ball bearing, safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop and applying one coat of primer; erected in position as indicated complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not other wise described for over 10 centimetre width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness including cooking platforms & like etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite of any type (table round and polished) in cooking platforms and like, set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement in the ratio 1:2 with using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of other than white and black type, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedd in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. and keeping serviceable light fittings in safe custody for re-use in the work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor with one single core 1.50 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including PVC concealed (ISI Marked) of required size along with all fitting/ fixtures such as Tee, bend, elbow socket, saddles, etc. and making good to the disturbed surfaces and connecting to common earth dolly complete with 1.6mm thick sunk in pressed steel terminal box of suitable size / shape for accommodating switches sockets, regulators with brass screws,washers with hylem sheet of 3mm thick in white / smoke gray/ off white colour for One light point controlled by one No. one way 5 Amp switch complete .

M&L for point wiring controlled by one, one way switch with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor (FRLS) of size 1.5 Sqmm (for Phase colour code Red/Yellow/blue and for Neutral colour code Black) and one run of size 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor (FRLS) (as earth wire, colour code green) and connected to common earth dolly, drawn through in and including medium grade PVC cconduit in consealed on the wall of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width, 1.2mm thick with all fittings and accessories with PVC termination board/boxes for mounting switches, sockets, regulators as specified in SSR and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Notes: (i) Finished sub main wiring with two runs of 6.0 sqmm cable & one run of 2.5 sqmm cable alongwith PVC casing and caping including its accessories shall be measured and paid one unit length. (ii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles. (iii) Colour coding for wiring/ bus bar/ main connection shall be followed.
