Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Submersible Pump set having specifications 30000 GPH X 60 Mtrs head along with allied works at T/well University Era under JMC Capex (New Works) 2026-27.

Providing, Fitting, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 01 no. submersible pump sets of specification 30000 GPH X 60 mtrs head at Tube Well University ERA by way of fabrication and fitting of 01 no. U - shaped tie rod / clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pump set by providing and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp for pump set. The job also includes fabrication of 01 no. expander /reducer nipples for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS pipe threaded at one end and flanged at the other end for pumpset, Job also included providing and fitting of 1 nos. sluice vale size as per the site condition and fabricate the rising main pipe as per valve length. Fitting of reducer / expander nipple at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end for pump set. Job includes extraction of old sub pump sets then lowering of submersible pump sets and column pipes one by one by fastening the nuts and bolts and insertion of rubber insertion sheet. Job includes rebate on older parts, Job also include complete connection of pump sets to the panel. The complete job includes cost of materials i.e. Submersible Pump motor sets, cables, thimbles, nuts, bolts, rubber sheets and labor charges. Job also involves carriage and shifting of pump set and lowering of submersible pump set. Making connections with the panel for testing of submersible pump set on full load at site. Complete job.
