Conceptualization designing, and execution of German hangar as approved by LOS/ Chairperson of the respective committee of size made of imported aluminum hangars with base plate that are anchored to the ground and covered with blackout PVC Media that is fire retardant. The hangar with front and side facade structure should be able to withstand wind speeds up to 120 KMPH. The hangar with front facade will be completely waterproof and air-conditioned (approx. 800 Tons) with the required number of entry and exit points, including a wooden platform height of 12 inches , including emergency exits and view cutters. It should be pillar less inside. The hall should be wifi enabled as mentioned in the boq. The inner theme as advice of committee & event consultant.

General Hanger Lighting will be part of the hangar. It should be pillar less inside. To build 2 Mediaated VIP rooms within The hangar with front façade with an attached toilet with an open space in between the rooms. The hall should be wifi enabled as metioned in the boq.

SANITATION
Washrooms at Venue in Convenient place- Separate toilet arrangements for VIPs, delegates, Exhibitors and staff (Ladies and Gents), Urinal, and washrooms. They should be located in a convenient place. These shall be maintained round the clock. Optimum quality portable toilets to be provided in order to cater to 5000 guests in the venue & 500 Drivers in the Parking Area. A right mix of existing toilets and portable toilets are to be used to cater all guests. Providing, installation, upkeep, and management of 2 additional portable toilets and 2 vanity vans for celebrities. Arrange 24-hour cleaning staff in each existing toilet and portable toilets. Proper water flushing is needed all times during the event. Hand wash & hand sanitizing hands at all toilet areas. Garbage Management- The venue area and parking area shall be kept spic & span free of debris through arrangement round the clock. Daily garbage should be taken away & thrown in Municipal garbage disposal point. There should be adequate provision of dustbins at various points with Branding (approved by competent authority) and disposal of trash at regular interval .Strict action if garbage is not managed properly. As per advice of committee & event consultant
Daily Cleaning- It is the responsibility of the vendor to thoroughly clean & sanitize the entire venue and parking area during night time after completion of daily program so that venue is cleaned & sanitized at least 2 hours before the start of next day event.
The venue should be free from use of Plastic as far as Possible. One plastic shedding machine needed in the venue.
To reduce dust, the open area should be provided with synthetic carpet. The walkways to the entrance of different areas in the venue should be of red colour good quality carpet.
