Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for electric poles stay foundation and under ground electric power cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in. including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand (Dry clean ) as in cushioning to underground electric cable provided all as specified in Clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC cable cover of size 300 x 180 x 40 mm class HV-I ISI marked for protection of HT 11 KV cable complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for taking out the existing defective ,3 core 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm , HT cable from trenches including cable covers from poles/drain/under roads and the same cable relaying duly rectifying defects complete all as specified and directed,

Supply , Laying, Jointing, Testing and commissioning HT UG cable ISI marked of size 120 sqmm 3 core 11000 V/6.35KV grade (earthed), PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed armoured aluminium condutor laid in trenches /On pole trorugh GI protection pipe complete including connection of cable at both ends with provision of jointing ends and aluminium lugs of suitable size including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cable jointing kit, Exc, Sand , Cable cover etc will be measured and paid sepeartely.

Material and labour for HT Cable route indicator made up of cast iron and marked with HT and mounted on angle iron of suitable size around writing HT Cable with back side welded to angle iron including PCC block 30 x 30 x 20 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, testing and commissioning of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material, and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE size 120 Sqmm sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make : 3M/universal/Raychem

Suply and Fixing for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) including numbering of poles with aluminium paint and painting up to 1.5 meter above PCC coping of poles in black and white strips 5 number complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Excavation, earth work, foundation concrete and coping etc will be measured and paid separately as per relevant SSR part-I and part-II norms).

M & L cross arms of M.S channel or angle section etc complete of different sizes brancings, supports,clamps and back plates febricated from structural steel sections incluiding nuts, bolts, washers, wellding, bending cold or hot drilling for bolts in any size or shape as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat , on under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, jointing, testing and commissioning in repairs of indoor type cable end termination (cold shrinkabnle) suitable for HT 11 KV earthed grade XLPE cable of size 3 core120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge. Make : 3M/universal/Raychem

Material and labour for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides earth work GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrod to earth dolly supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 chamber and RCC copver 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggtregate reinforcedwith 8mm die TMT bars @ 100mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia PGI funnel and wire mesh 20mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and connected to earthing test point including testing including dismantling old earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 74300.00 (Rupees Seventy four thousands three hundred only) to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
