Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe 410 - W (Gde- E- 250) quality – A complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel roof trusses (framed), Trusses, purlins, crane grantries, rails and framings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) confirming to Fe 410-W including cleats, distance pieces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for running welding in repairs thickness of metal to be welded exceeding 6 mm but not exceeding 9mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Welding in repairs thickness of metal to be welded exceeding 9 mm but not exceeding 20 mm and exc 2.5cm but n exc 5cm in length complete all as specified and as directed.

Overhauling the bottom wheel and existing gear system of bottom wheel of hangar steel door including dismantling from the steel door and re-fixing in the same position including derusting cleaning and greasing of wheel & bearings without taking down door complete all as directed to make in serviceable condition complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 above but including replacement of two bearings complete all as specified and as directed.

Overhauling the top wheel including derusting, cleaning and greasing incl. dismantling and opening of bearing and making serviceable for smooth functioning of door complete all as specified and as directed without taking down shutter.

S&F bottom wheel of hangar in cast iron including bush bearing axle and all other necessary items as per the existing design after taking down the shutter including replacement of existing wheel with new wheels complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for sealing holes around 'J'/'L' bolts or self tapping screw in CGI sheets roofing of hangars / building with using silicon solution doctor fixit, FRP coating with required ratio of hardener accelerator over glass wool or Wilson 10 complete all as per manufacturers' instructions and all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out old bolts from any type of roof and ceiling with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and provision of new J/L hooks/6mm dia GI bolts and nuts all set in stiff white lead complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out old bolts from any type of wall cladding and sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and provision of new J/L hooks/6mm dia GI bolts and nuts all set in stiff white lead complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No. 32.00 & 33.00 :- The unit rates quoted for these items will be deemed to be inclusive of the provision that necessary rent (cost) for usage of tools / plants, safety equipment, scaffolding / ladder / Hydraulic mobile crane etc.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding / roof gutter / wall, made to shape as required, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The GI sheets shall be fixed in a such way to match the existing sheets profile, so that there is no leakage /seepage issued occurred. (ii) The framed truss shall be sealed in such way to restrict any kind of bird menace through truss structure.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. (Except Sheet)

S&F in repairs embossed translucent polycarbonate skylight corrugated sheet of 2 mm thickness as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, 3 layer UPVC roof sheet (any colour ) of required thickness (2.5 mm to 3.00 mm as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws and to match with existing cladding and roof sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors or aprons complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and paving's n exc 15cm thickness below or above GL complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 in ceiling finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over alkali resistant primer on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete solid block wall internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over alkali resistant primer on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 1-2mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and Preparing old plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over alkali resistant primer on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and Preparing old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over alkali resistant primer, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing steel rolling shutters including top covers for repairs & re-fixing in the same opening after repairs including greasing the spring, guide channel shafts, bearing, bolts, washers, including repairing defective laths spring bearing, hood cover, guide channel suspension shafts etc complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge for rolling shutter of clear area up-to 7 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Necessary spares will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of aluminium paint First quality over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying in repairs 5.3mm ESD-Epoxy antiskid floor coating system including surface preparation by cleaning surface from dust, dirt, muck, moisture and all foreign material and cleaned by mechanical means using mechanical scrubber / grinder, chemical treatment for cleaning oil if required followed by application of primer Nitoprime 25 of Fosroc or equivalent in Sika / Bostik which shall be a two component, epoxy based system. The pre packed and factory weighed two components shall be mixed for 3 mins using a low speed drill and applied at 5.5 - 6.5 m2/ltr @ 200 microns thick. Then providing and applying the screed layer with Nitoflor EU5 of Fosroc or equivalent in Sika / Bostik at minimum thickness of 3000 [email protected] m2/pack @ 2mm thickness. The self leveling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy system and graded aggregate (special silica / Filler). The pre packed components shall be mixed as per the packing ratio and applied. The epoxy underlay shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 60 N/mm2, Flexural strength of 20 N/mm2 and Tensile strength of 10N/mm2 @ 7 days. CONTD- 61.01

The underlay shall have nil water absorption when tested as per BS1881 Part 122-1983. Then over the screed apply copper tape of 100microns thick and 25mm width, connected to existing earth pit having spacing 10m both directions, then conductive primer coat Nitoflor SL of Fosroc or equivalent in Sika/Bostik Conductive Basecoat shall be applied at a thickness of 100 microns and then top coat of 2000microns - Nitoflor SL conductive of Fosroc or equivalent in Sika / Bostik shall be applied to provide Approx approx. 3x103 - 9 x103 Ohm Surface resistance. Which shall be supplied in pre-weighed packs and ready to mix and use which will consist of resin, hardener, EPI (colour concentrate) formulated aggregate and carbon fibre + special anti skid silica sand / Filler. All these to be mixed in the pre weighed ratio, add EPI colour (colour concentrate) and formulated aggregates + special antiskid silica sand/Filler to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and lay the mixture to the thickness of 2000 microns then desecrate by using spike rollers and to allow to cure for a minimum period of 48 hours before trafficking is commenced. Over top coat demarcation paint with fluorescent will be applied complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing & applying white or yellow (Aisle) band Marking with 2 component polyurethane resin + Hardener with fluorescent (FK 666) on applied EPU flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC bird proofing net in green colour of size 28mm x 28mm x 4mm thick wt not less than 650 gms/sqm and MS flat size 40mm x 3mm fixing with MS angle 50x50x6 mm etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MS flats and MS angles will be measured separately.

Demolition of stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre - cast cement concrete masonry with Grade C-5.0, (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks wall built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
