Material and labour for formwork to soffits and edges of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings, cover slab of septic tank and similar work not exc. 200 mm thick for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, bed blocks, lintels upto 1.5m clear span and the like including including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, using necessary form work including demolition of existing concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Sludge/ sludge water in form of semi solid/loose state will be disposed off either by carrying the same in covered van or trolley at out side MOD land and burring the same (semi solid/ liquid shall not be burried) including taking off manhole covers and refixing the same after cleaning. The operation shall be executed/carried out with any kind of sewage cleaning device such as sewage cleaning Mechanical Pump / Vehical and cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for removing of plants, bushes, weeds with roots tree grown from walls, roof, chajja, canopy, parapets, roof kerbs, around water tanks, stagings, outlets junctions of water pipe lines , behind CI pipe, waste water pipe, bends, shafts etc. by chiseling carefully without damaging the structure and making good and filling the disturbed area including toothing, bonding and plastering with cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and making the patch finished as per surroundings and applying chemical treatment with GLYPHOSATE 41% complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Rate quoted is deemed to be included for scaffolding, safety measured required for working on or up to height of 15 metres vertical slopes)

Removing debrises obtained from demolition from various locations (other than this work) to a distance of exceeding 3Km but not exc. 5Km outside MOD land complete all as as directed. The location at out side MOD land for disposal of debris material shall be located by the contractor himself).

Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site. 3.
