M & L for in reapir excavation of old existing earthing including removal of old earthing plates, erthing materials, earthing strips etc and returning filling the same after replacement of earthing plate, earthing materials like coke, salt etc all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note: (i) All the earthing materials like earthing plates, earthing strips, coke, salt etc will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

M & L for replacement of in repair earthing plate of suitable size with connections of existing earth strips, funnel etc for better results in existing earthing all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L for replacement of in repair refilling of earthing materials coke, salt in sufficient qty at par the satisfaction of Engr - in- Charge for better results in existing earthing all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L for in repair PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40 mm thick all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L for in repair RCC pit cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 150 mm C/C both ways all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L in repair/ Replacement Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required GI strips 32 x 6 mm

M&L in repair/ Replacement Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required GI strips 25 x 4 mm

S & F in repair test points terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw building lightning earth test point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for laying of in repair old alluminium earthing strips all as specified and direcetd.

M&L in repair/ Replacement of Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long

M&L in repair/ Replacement of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below the normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the normal ground level and connected to GI strips 32 x 6 mm by means of nut, bolt & washer and protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI pipes light grade and connected to earth test point including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40 mm thick RCC pit cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 150 mm C/C both ways all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair/ Replacement of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below the normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the normal ground level and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of nut, bolt & washer and protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI pipes light grade and connected to earth test point including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40 mm thick RCC pit cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 150 mm C/C both ways all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I all as specified and directed.

Materal and labour for in repair CPT Cirprotec CPT-L ESE Lighting rod with stainles steel body type advance lightning protection system in compliance with standard NFC 17-102 & UNE 21186-96, working on principle of early streamer emission technology which will offer level 1 protection for upto 42 mtrs radius when mounted on the RCC concrete base on building at a height of 4.5 mtrs from the place to protected complete all as specified and directed.. make:- NIMBUS-JEF Techno or erico as approved by GE

Supply and erection of in repair mounting structure of 4.5 mtrs height with base plate suitable for roof mounting on RCC concrete base on building complete all as specified and directed.. Make:- NIMPUS-JEF Techno or erico as approved by GE

Supply and fixing of in repair 1x 50 sqmm copper conductor with 0.5 mm thick PVC sheathed cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 4 digital electromechanical lightning event counter in weather proof resistance complete all as specified and directed. Make:- JEF Techno or erico as approved by GE

Supply and fixing of in repair test link for connecting the earth pit and down conductor complete all as specified and directed.. Make:- JEF Techno or erico as aaproved by GE

Material & labour for in repair maintanance free enviroment friendly earth elctrode set comprising of 17.2mm dia, 3m long rod low carbon steel molecular copper bounded for a thickness of 250 micro OHMS, highly conductive ANS/INSF STD-60 certified carbon bound backfill compound which shall set like concrete according to BS 7430 & IEEE 80 (each bag shall contain 50 Ibs) complete all as specified and directed.. make:- JEF Ecosfe or erico as approved by GE

Material and labour for in repair PCC pit 1:2:4 type B-1, cover reinforced with XPM, weight not less than4kg/sqm and 6mm dia bar handle earth pit angle iron frame of size 25x25x3mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair/ replacement of GI pipe light grade 40mm dia for support to air termination rod including fixing with clamp, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Road/PCC cutting neccesary for laying of 40mm GI pipe for cable protection and making good complete all as specified and directed.
