Deep drilling of bore hole 125 mm dia. using ODEX method and simultaneously driving of 125 mm dia ERW casing pipe as per the Strata encountered. Job also includes lowering of Mark-II hand pump with additional riser pipes/Connecting rods. Job includes construction of cement concrete platform as per site condition. The job also includes extraction of M.S casing pipe if any required during the drilling work.

Providing of 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe. The 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4 mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004, (Medium B - Class, weight per mtrs=18 kg) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside beed free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be beed free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. The cost includes transportation charges upto the site and 3rd party inspection charges of the material at the manufacturer end.

Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable parameter Submersible pump motor set of reputed make (preferable Make viz. KSB, Crompton, Kirloskar, CRI makes Conforming to relevant IS Code) The job includes lowering of submersible pump set into the bore hole by way of providing and lowering of 32 mm Dia HDPE water well roll pipes (Pressure rating PN 10 to PN 12.5 as per IS Code 4984) along with coupler. Submersible cable with fixtures such as support wire, clamps, nuts, bolts & washers. Fabrication and fitting of well cap. Providing and fitting of suitable rated automatic voltage stabilizer of ISI reputed make. Providing, fitting and installation of single-phase starter controller panel of reputed make to run submersible pump. Fabrication, providing, installation and fitting of box type sheet enclosure for fitting of panel and voltage stabilizer with proper spacing. Providing and laying of 2.5 sq. mm 3 core sub cable of suitable length as per site condition. Providing and laying of 2 core PVC insulated 6 sq. mm (Aluminium) as service line requirement from LT pole to starter panel of reputed make. Making of electrical connection with the starter panel, service line and submersible pump set after properly thimbling and testing and commissioning thereof providing and fitting of HDPE pipe of 32 mm dia for interconnections from outlet of bore to designated points as required at the site. The job also includes providing, fitting of elbows, bends, sockets of 32 mm Dia for fitting of outer connections. The job includes cost of material and labour charges of tools and tackles and installation & testing of bore at site

Cost of 32 mm dia UPVC water well column pipe 3 metres of length (Pressure= 9-12 Kgf/cm²) each along with coupler.
