Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Well graded material Grading-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable Stone dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging 7 cm wide on both sides of the road by S.O. Bricks complete as per PWD detailed specification no 20.15

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen using distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as per G.O. No. 17/2024/सा०-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Dated-16.01.2024 and as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost @ 0.0% for items of sl no 1 to 18 of civil cost.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as per G.O. No. 17/2024/सा०-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Dated-16.01.2024 and as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @0.75% for items of sl no 1 to 18 of civil cost.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as per G.O. No. 17/2024/सा०-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Dated-16.01.2024 and as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost @ 1.50% for items of sl no 1 to 18 of civil cost.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as per G.O. No. 17/2024/सा०-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Dated-16.01.2024 and as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost @ 2.25%for items of sl no 1 to 18 of civil cost.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as per G.O. No. 17/2024/सा०-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Dated-16.01.2024 and as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost @ 3.0% for items of sl no 1 to 18 of civil cost.
