NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

Labour for repair/top overhauling of 125 KVA DG Set, of existing Greaves/Kirloskar/ Cummins make by opening and dismantling of Engine parts including removing of cylinder head, Cylinder liner,lubricating oil pump, piston, connecting rods, piston rings crankshaft, camshaft, FIP,injector, turbo charger and other connected parts for overhauling and replacing all unservicable parts and reassembly the engine and accesories including calibration of FIP , reparing of Cylinder head, turbo charger and water pump and testing and comminissioning through authorised Original equipment manufacturer's service centre engineers or throuigh OEM certified agencies as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of material and labour for following:- (i) All type of cleaning required by using chemicals/cotton cloth, cutting, grinding, rematling, polishing, and lathe worke quired to any parts of Engine (ii) Replacement of all type of gasket (iii) Any minor other spare parts, which are essential for carrying out repair works but specifically not included in the description shall also deemed to be included in the unit rate (iv) Works should be completed by authorised service provider of Greaves/Kirloskar/ Cummins (v) The Spare parts as mentioned in Item Sl No 2 to 38 shall be measured and paid separately.(vi) Testing of DG set after repair as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Note: Test need to carry out by technician at site for confirming burnt out of field coil or armature in presence of Engr-in-charge.
