Exacavation in trenches n exc. 1.5m wide n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil including trimming bottom surface to require level and shape all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge for laying of pipes. Note:- Taking up fitting,valves etc from trenches shall be measured and paid separately

Returning , filling in including spreading, levelling , watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm including making good disturbed surface to original levels complete all as specified.

Removal of exacavation material to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for taking out of existing pipe of any size including cutting &, welding of flange and making position for insertion of new tees of reqd size all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge.

Note for item No 4 Tee and flange will be measured and paid seperately under relevant Sch 'A' item described here-in-after.

Supply and lay ,connecting and testing Centrifugally Cast (spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipe with double Flange ends including nut & bolts , rubber gasket special class K-9, 300 mm dia in any length laid in above the ground/ trenches with all accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-DI Fittings shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Note for item No 5 :- DI pipe will be required to be laid in trench or above the ground as per site requirement (all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) in full length or in part of length, DI pipe line is passing through jungle area/natural ponds filled with rain water so proper arrangement in order to repair/ replacement including lighting arrangement and creating approch upto pipe line is deemed to be included in quoted rate required joints, specials will be measured and paid seperately under relevant BOQ item described here-in-after.

M &L for DI bend (any type, radius and angle ) tapper any type (straight , bend , incresing , deceasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction double branch , cross (all socket or socket and spigot ) collar , caps and plug suitable for upto 300 mm bore, ductile iron pressure pipes complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in position 300 mm dia sluice valve (ISI marked) flanged and drill both ends cast iron body, heavy duty brass spindle type PN 1.0 with and including jointing rubber gasket,nut,bolts including taking out old u/s CI sluice valve, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B1 , using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in trust block / pillars/ stand etc including neccesory use & waste of formwork complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for thrust block for supporting pipe lines including necessary use and waste of form work, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing Air release valve and S&F new Air release valve, cast iron body, flanged type with two air outlet suitable for 300mm dia pipe inclusive of all jointing materials and specials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel as in frame work using MS channel. MS angle etc, for structural support to DI pipe lines/base plate, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete, all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing roads for laying of pipes under roads, pavements, hard standing by excavation and making good as per existing after laying and testing, complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate including necessary earth work, compaction, hard core, WBM work, bitumen work, concrete work etc

Demolition of unserviceable broken valve chamber of any size and M&L constr of new wall chamber with brick masonry valve chamber 100cm x 100cm x 100cm (internal size) 15cm thick foundation using PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using (40mm graded stone augregates) 23cm thick brick walls built in CM (1:6) 10mm thick internal paster & external plaster in CM (1:4)on internal wall surface of chamber and external surface upto 15cm below the ground level finished even & fair 5mm MS sheet cover including 40 x 40 x 0.6mm angle iron frame fixed on 150mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1using(20mm graded stone aggregate)as in copingwith and including necessaryuse and waste of formwork with and including 25mm x 6mm flat iron hold fasts, handles, hinges with locking arrangement applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces including necessary returning , filling, including desposal of surplus soil outside MD land extcomplet all as specified and as directed
