Supplying ,testion and installation of Electro Chlorination system for in house generation of chlorine of neutral sodium hypochlorite solutions by electrolysis of brine solution.The system should be continuous type with operation controlled by microprocessor from power supply unit with complete meters,controllers,mcables to provide continuous power supply to the unit. The electrode of system should be made of Titanium Grade 1238 with MMO coating/SC-12 super coating DSA technology.The salt tank should have capacity to put 4-5 days salt at a time with suitable FRP/PP tank having level sensor to start electrolysis when hypo level fallsbelow the preset along with suitable dosing pump of 100 LPH min.10kg/Sqcm. Pressure with electrical and pipeline work all complete for following capacity in house generation of chlorine min. 10kg/day of neutral Sodium Hypochlorite solution.
Supplying and installation of monoblock pump and motor with all accessories including cabling and panel etc, wth appropriate foundation and PCC drainage system for the following rating,the unit should work on the three phase 440V and capable of with standing 50V+/- variation (make and literature of the pump & motors to be submitted). Monoblock pump set 30HP/2900 RPM motor.
