M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over new concrete or plastered surfaces (as in kerb stones etc) over a coat of primer including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old concrete or plastered surfaces (as in kerb stones etc) including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 20 above but, 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel/cast iron work of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

De-silting of sewer line 150/200mm internal dia with connected manholes of any depth by mechanical device like super sucker machine, high pressure jetting machine/gantry machine. incl taking out debris, installation of adequate number of over pumping system leak proof stanching arrangement of upstream and downstream side of working length, temporary raising main etc for smooth flow of sewage system to avoid flood in the area. Supply of all material, labour, tool & plants temporary power connection with stand by generator set of capacity of at least 62.5 KVA, gas detector for air ventilators etc & provn of safety equipments as per guide lines laid in IS : 11972 (1987)/(international standard), traffic control arrangement and proper lighting at night barricading display of sign boards, insurances of workmen & cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of drains/culverts by completely removing silt, soil, mud, sludge, vegetation growth, stone etc. upto full depth of drain, width of drain not exceeding 30cm and removing the same in trucks outside MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 26 above but Width of drain exceeding 30cm and not exceeding 60cm

M&L for cleaning of all blockages of Nahni traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockages of WC's, Rain water pipes, Rain water spouts at roof level, 100 mm dia CI pipes upto 1st manhole/GT in shafts, vertical CI soil/waste pipe stacks, CI Tee/door bends etc & cleaning of drain pipes 150 mm to 250 mm internal dia by rodding and manholes upto 3.0 metre in depth and removal of sludge/silt/liquid mud sand (in foul conditions) etc, out of MOD premises (at the location notified by the local Municipal Corporation/Cantt board) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to maintain internal & external sewage system in functional state at all the time by engaging/deploying One safaiwala's alongwith one helper from 0900 hours to 1700 hours at Complaint cell of the Bana singh enclave mentioned in the contract on daily basis, with manual/pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary equipments (as per rules of public health), including digging required nos of pits for depositing sludge and furture capping the pit with the 25 cm thick layer of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note for Srl item No.29:- 1. The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints area on day to day basis. Any major item required to be replaced with new one, to make the system functional shall be measured and paid for separately as "M&L or S&F" under respective item of this schedule. Old retrieved item(s) as considered in 'Schedule of Credit' shall become property of the contractor. Contractor has to provide minimum one plumber with helper including all necessary T&P on all working days from 9AM to 5PM. Additional workers can be engaged if nature of work required to be completed within fix time frame as desired by the GE. Rate shall be quoted accordingly against these items, keeping in mind above said provisions. 2. Contractor shall provide minimum one Safaiwal with helper including all necessary T&P on all working days from 9AM to 5 PM. Where material provided shall be paid as "S&F underrespective item of Sch. 'A' the payment of complaint under this item shall not be paid. 4. Based on complaint received from users. Concerned JEs shall deploy the tradesmen in same day through Job slip (complaint slip) and the contractor shall ensure that the complaint are to be attended and rectified in same day and complain slip shall be got signed by users with date. Non compliance (not attending) the complaint in same day a panel recover of Rs.100/Per complaint shall be made from contractors due (claims). 5. The contractor shall provide job slip serially machine numbered, attendance register and complaint registered, and the rate quoted by the tender shall deemed to be included for these provision. 6. These document may be asked to produce at the time of payment of RAR/Bill.
