M&L for roof treatment as per the description below including dismantling/taking down existing roof treatment complete:- a) preparation of roof surfaces by removing all loose material /dust extra for carrying out water proofing treatment. b) Apply bituminous primer @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm (conforming to IS-3384) on prepared surfaces. After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm of prepared surfaces. c) Laying APP (Atatic Polypropylene) modified five layered membrane 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with centre core 160 GSM/ Sqm ; core reinforced and laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end lap. The membrane shall be laid with LPG torch application and overlaps sealed and finished neatly as per the manufacturer specification apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm and apply two coat of silver shield bitumestic aluminum paint all as specified

M & L for PCC 25 mm thk type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description including quoins,arches,pillars,etc., all as directed.

M & L for brick work with Cement Mortar1:6 using sub class 'B' bricks,old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M &L 15mm thick ready mix cement plaster with bulk density 1.4 to 1.70 Kg per Itr, water ration 17 to 19 % by weight with compressive str as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per the manufactore instr including necessaery cement screed and prepartion of surface to received ready mix plaster. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of putty complete all as specifed as direted by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing, bore of tubing 15mm

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Demolition and breaking up rain water pipes (CI,AC,PVC etc) set in any cement mortor of any diameter incl bends.

S/F PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, 110mm bore complete.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns,beams,slads chajjas and the like as directed roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes washed with water and allowed to dry including de rusting of steel reinforcement to providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75X75X3 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces applying adhesive admixture over steel mesh and providing minimium 40 mm thick (average thickness) guiniting mix using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 part of ghaggar sand mixed with the pressure of 2 to 2.5 kg per sqm by guinting machine and surfaces finised even and fair all as specificed
