Providing and making sunken treatment in sunken portion to maintain the slope towards the spout including applying the under mentioned course complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly. (b) 15 mm thick plastering over floor & vertical sides/surfaces up to finished floor level +100mm height in 1:4 mixed with liquid water profing compound @ 200 per 50 kg of cement troweled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement including rounding of corners and junctions slopping towards spout. (c) apply two coats of acrylic polymer modified elastomeric water proofing coating (mixture of liquid plymer component and a cementitous powder) as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height , the thicknes of each layer shall be 1 mm. when the second lyaer is still, sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carrried for the vertical and bottom surface. (d) Filling the sunken portion with water for 72 hrs and carrying out the ponding test (Any leakage / seepage noticed shall be repaired) Note:- (i) This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators (ii) WPC shall be paid and measured seperately under relavent item

Taking out of APP modified water proofing membrane and demolition of loose or undulate concrete surface complete on roof surface and surface properly cleaned by wire brush and incl debris/scraps removal out side from defence premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions laid 40mm avg thickness as in padding over roof slabs for providing proper slope to the concrete padding, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
