Feeding Hopper- • MOC: SS 304 • Belt in poly propylene modular belt /PVC imported • Height of elevator is suitable to next machine • Extraction belt in plastic modular with zero perforations. • Feed hopper & discharge chute. • Installed power shall be minimum 2.0 HP.

Inspection Conveyor Belt- • Conveyor belt in sanitary food grade mate. • Belt is supported completely on rollers. • Both side platforms made out of SS 304 Sq pipes • All drives & non-drive rollers are rubber lined. • Completely made in SS 304.

Bubble Washer (Continuous Type)- • Capacity: Minimum 2000 Kg/Hour • Suitable for Fruit of All Type • Conveyor Speed: Minimum 3-11 meter/min Air bubbles are created to clean the vegetables. • High pressure Blower of aluminum body mounted on S.S frame. Air Bubble Washing avoids collision / friction damages of vegetables • Water pump to create turbulence action to push forward the vegetables to elevator. • Fresh water is spread on vegetables from top and bottom of P.P belt to clean the vegetables. • MOC: - S.S 304 • Installed Power shall be minimum 3.7 KW
