Dismantalling old unserviceable LT panel and Supply, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of new LT Panel board in replacement, indoor type, dust and vermin proof, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, front & back openable doors having vertical copper bus bar of capacity 3200 amps for phases and for neutral including powder coated painting, internal wiring with suitable size of stranded copper conductor cable, PCC foundation, supporting channels, cable termination, cable gland etc complete at MWC including taking down old panel all as directed and suitable to accommodate the following switch gears and meters : INCOMER (i) ACB 2500 Amps 65 KA, microprocessor based, 50 Hz - 1 Nos (Incomer) OUTGOING (i) MCCB, 4 pole 200 Amps,36KA, Thermal magnetic protection - 15 Nos (06 Nos Spare) ii) MCCB, 4 pole 100 Amps, 16KA, Thermal magnetic protection - 12 Nos(06 Nos Spare) (iii) Digital Ammeter-1 Nos (iv) Digital Voltmeter -01 Nos (v) Indicator lamp (R,B,Y) -01 (Each set)

Taking down old unserviceable switch gear 6.6KV and Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of manual operated and both non extendable type HT 11KV, 50cycles totally enclosed metal clad SF6 switchgear having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and of rating upto 630 Amp,copper bus bar ,short circuit time 21 KA for 1 sec, indoor type ,bus PT ratio 11 KV/3/110V/3.50VA burden :CI 1.0 tap wound metering CT on breaker core - 1:300-150/1A,CI 0.5,2.5VAEM6400 for VCB feeder. The VCB will provide CRCA sheet enclosure with PU painting shade for support structure. The VCB should have IP rating of minimum IP -54/55 and voltage presence indicator in all functions should be available complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay in repair XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, 3.5 core, cross-sectional area 240 sqmm laid in trench/duct/along wall etc including making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying & testing in repair cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120 sqmm laid in trench/duct/along wall etc including making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable LT ACB any size any type and Supply and fixing new LT ACB 4 Pole, 415 V, Manual Drawout type with microprocessor release of capacity 1250 Amps with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanised pipe light grade 80 mm dia for passing of cables under the road cutting including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

Material and labour for road cutting of any description and in any depth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

Supply and installation ,testing of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mtr length & 32 mm dia with 250 micron (average) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF ECO SAFE compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. (1 Bag required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set incl Supply of Eco Friendly weather proof High Density Polyethylene Earth Pit Chamber Note: Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.

Dismantalling old unserviceable cable tray and Supply and fixing new Cable trays manufactured from steel wires, welded together and bent into final shape. All cable trays, shall be manufactured with a longitudinal 'T-welded' safety edge. Trays shall be constructed with a 300 mm x105 mm mesh configuration. All accessories including couplers (CE25/CE30 screw-based system combination) mounting accessories (Mechanically tested & supplied by cable tray manufacturer must be used) are required of same finish as per site requirement. Electro zinc plated after manufacture in accordance with the EN standard 12 329: at least 550 h of SST. All trays shall be arranged and positioned on the site itself in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The deflection of the wire cable tray must be no more than 1/200th of the distance between two supports For the purpose of assembling the various wire cable tray, only fast coupling systems or screw-based (CE25/CE30) systems must be used. These must be designed, mechanically tested and supplied by the wire cable tray manufacturer. The electrical resistance of the joints must not exceed 50 mega Ohm. Rod dia must be from 3.9mm to 5.9mm for different sizes. Make - Legrand or equivalent
