Section-I

Supply, installing , testing & commissioning of Pulse Encoder,24 volts suitable existing lift of make M/s Thyssenkrupp capacity 10/08 passenger and goods (1000 Kgs) lifts, TM40 alongwith all fixing accessories including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply, installing , testing & commissioning of Landing Operating Panel (LOP) with single digit display and braille button for intermediate or terminal landing suitable for existing lift of make M/s Thyssenkrupp capacity 10/08 passenger and goods lifts alongwith all fixing accessories including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply and fixing of Car Operating Panel (COP) suitable for existing lift of make M/s Thyssenkrupp capacity 10/08 passengers and goods (1000 Kgs) lift alongwith all connected accessories including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply and Fixing Travelling cable sheathed 24 core 0.7 Sqmm (as per sample) alongwith all fixing accessories suitable for existing lift of make M/s Thyssenkrupp including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply and Fixing Travelling cable sheathed 5 core 0.7 Sqmm (as per sample) alongwith all fixing accessories suitable for existing lift make M/s Thyssenkrupp including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply & fixing of wedge box assy T2 with g.shoe-t1 with liner 150-l6-2066/9mm,19-3022/gr:1 alongwith all fixing accessories suitable for 10/08 passenger and goods (1000 Kgs) existing lift make M/s Thyssen krupp including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply & fixing of wedge box assy T2 with g.shoe-t1 with liner 150-l6-2066/16 or 16.4mm,19-3022/gr:1 alongwith all fixing accessories suitable for 10/08 passenger and goods (1000 Kgs) existing lift make M/s Thyssen krupp including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply & fixing of pit ladder, switch and counter weight guard alongwith all fixing accessories suitable for 10/08 passenger and goods (1000 Kgs) existing lift make M/s Thyssen krupp including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning ARD 2.5KVA (Automatic Rescue Device) with panel and including necessary internal wiring work, suitable for existing lift make M/s Thyssen krupp for the 10/ 08 passengers and goods (1000 Kgs) lift including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Repair/Replacement of existing UPS/ARD system including all necessary spares changing if required and reprogamming by OEM original lift manufacturer. The existing UPS/ARD intergrate with existing panel of make M/s Thyssen krupp all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note for Section-I :- The items given here-in-before are to be executed through OEM within completion of Phase-I (Sec-I) prior to commencement of comprehensive maintenance Phase-II (Sec-II & III) .

Section - II

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lift installed at Piru Vihar, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer of lift M/sThyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd,) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Eight floor i.e total Nine landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. PIRU VIHAR:- (a) Block/ Building No. 40, 52, 54 & 57 = 04 Nos Lift Make of Lift:- M/sThyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. Capacity 08 Passengers = 04 Nos lift. Total Qty = 04 x 11 months = 44

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lift installed at Cariappa Vihar, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer of lift M/s ECE but modified by M/sThyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd.) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Six floors i.e total Seven landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. CARIAPPA VIHAR:- (a) Block/ Building No. 17 & 18 = 02 Nos Lift Make of Lift:- M/s ECE but modified by M/sThyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. Capacity 10 Passengers = 02 Nos lift. Total Qty = 02 x 11 months = 22

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lift installed at Cariappa Vihar, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer of lift M/s ECE but modified by M/sThyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd.) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Six floors i.e total Seven landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. CARIAPPA VIHAR:- (a) Block/ Building No. 14, 15, 16, 17 & 18 = 05 Nos Lift Make of Lift:- M/s ECE but modified by M/sThyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. Capacity 1000 Kgs Goods lift = 05 Nos lift. Total Qty = 05 x 11 months = 55

Notes for section II :- (i) The comprehensive maintenance & repair (Platinum Agreement for M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd shall be done through respective OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 101 to 103 from M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd within fifteen days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement along with Tax Invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (v) The contract included for repair, replacement of machines, motors, generators, door ropes, inverter/ ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push bottons, coils, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door, safety device limit switches, governor, hoistway door locks, indicators and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of above materials are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

Notes for section II contd.../ :- (vi) The materials like replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, panels, fixtures, hoist way door panels, door frames, cills, car floorings, floor covering, light fittings, bulbs, tubes, main line power swtiches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoist way wiring, hydralic jack outer casing, burried piping, alignment of elevator guide rails, smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors, sheave rim, hoist rope, ARD battery and ventilator fans are not included in the quoted rate. (vii) Light fittings including bulbs and tube lights shall be issued under Schedule 'B' for 'free for fixing' only. (viii) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor, or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ix) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (x) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (xi) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. Incase no technician detailed Rs. 500/- per week per lift will be deducted from conctractors dues. Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit in every week. (xii) Monthly maintenance check will be carried out by OEM as per monthly maintenance check list mentioned in Particular Specification here-in-after. (xiii) The cost of items of Setion -I is not included in the items of Section -II.

Section - III

M&L for fixing in replacement of 300 mm sweep car cabin fan in lift with necessary accessories such as fins/grill, nut & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Bajaz/Usha/havells/ Crompton Greaves

M&L for fixing in replacement of 380/300 mm sweep ,230v,50Hz, 900 RPM metal blade heavy duty Exhaust fan turboforce with copper wound in lift machine room with necessary accessories such as fins/grill, nut & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Bajaj/Usha/havells/ crompton Greaves

M & L for fixing hand rails of 40 mm dia stainless steel, medium grade pipe with necessary fittings screwing for passenger/goods lifts including taking down old unserviceable hand rails complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for fixing of mirror 4 mm thick inside the car cabin including all acessories for passenger/goods lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
