S&F Solid PVC Door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having at PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

M&L for anodized aluminium sections (minimum anodisation 15 micros) for partitions, windows and doorsl with frame and shutters fully or partelly glazed, side Hung type ( two numbers galzed and gauzed) without sash bars,with panel inserts of sheet glass, gauze including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber beading, Neoprene packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, anodized aliminium fittings such as handles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium tower bolts bolts.The size of aluminium sections shall be all as specified in relevant IS code and SSR part-I and completed all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. (Note: (i) supply only panel inserts of glass/gauze will be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Weight of aluminium section only shall be accounted for payments purpose. However, until rate quated shall be deemed to include for cost of rubber beading, glazing clips,neoprene packing, fittings such as handles, butt hinges, tower bolts and fixing only of panel inserts of glass/ particle board/gauze, etc. (iii) Weight of aluminium handels, butt hinges & tower bolts shall not be accounted for payment purpose)

M& L for application of high build polymer sand mortar in 1;3 using Nitobond SBR @5ltrs per 50kg of cement on ceiling surfaces 10 to 20 thick in two layers over slurry priming coat of 1 volume Nitobond SBR to 1 volume water 3 volume cement (5 sqm per litre nito bond SBR)all as per manufacturers instructions including preparation of surfaces,complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge

M&L for taking down existing roof treatment of any description and cleaning with water and scrubbing and disposing off the rubbish outside the premises and applying water proofing treatment by priming the plastered surfaces with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 2488 @ 0.30 kg/sqm and laying APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick of minimum wt. 3.50 kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid by torch application as per the manufacturers instructions with side overlap of 75mm & end overlap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces to a height of 300mm & finally finished with bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm complete including rendering 10 mm thick in one layers on concrete surface cement sand mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even fair and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions and as speicfied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately)
