Temporary Model Auxiliary Polling Station

Hire & labour charges of temporary waterproof pandel with sal bullah post @1.8 mtr c/c of approved size (min 4" dia) with bamboo, runner with waterproof tarpolin cover on roof of the pandel and side walls and covering of bamboo post by white colour cloth and etc. including cutting concrete hole and mending good damages complete as per direction of Engineer-in -Charges

Extra for Hire and Labour charges for erecting of new G.C.I. Sheet walling including post & frames etc. **No GCI sheet at the left side of entrance area above 7ft height (for ventilation purpose).

Extra for Hire and labour charges for Galvanised corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work ) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook- bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work) (i)In Roof:- With 0.6 mm thick sheet

Hire and labour charges for erecting platform with 19 mm thick ply and necessary post bracing runner of suitable section and also providing two nos ramp as per direction of Enginner-in-Charge

Hire and labour charges for laying synthetic carpet (preferably brown color) inside room & ramp

Supplying on hire basis cushioned chairs with white cover & the back of the chair knotted with 3" wide ribbon for VIPS arranging properly on the dias as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of chairs etc. complete.

Supplying on hire PVC chairs with arm during function and arranging those properly on ground as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of chairs to site, their retention till the end of the function and their removal after conclusion of function including cost of all labour amd material complete.(for outside security personnel)

Supplying on hire basis wooden Table (3'X2') with table cloth.

Supplying on hire basis for wooden doors with locking arrangements

Hire and labour charges for supplying 6 (six) nos tube light, 1 (one) no 60 Watt LED Bulb, 4(four)nos standing Fan, 3 (three) nos plug point including one no. 5 amp plug point & making connection with the existing main including all new wire of sufficient gauge and MCB

Hire and labour charges for supplying 1 (one) no. 6KG ABC Powder Type fire extinguisher.
