Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for pre constructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500 mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 or latest revision and direction of Engineer Incharge (only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by approved agency and specified guarantee for 10 (ten) years shall be furnished by the contractor.
SECTION-B Flooring Labour charges for Murrum Filling in plinth or where directed including supply and transport, including compaction to 95% of the maximum dry density (modified Proctor Density) in layers not exceeding 150mm in depth complete: (borrow areas shall be approved by engineer before starting work) (using Murrum available at BARC Campus with a lead of up to 4 kms).
Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting with Hand roller / Floor compactor including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardner topping under layer 38 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer 12 mm thick wearing surface with metallic floor hardner, cement being mixed with metallic floor hardner of approved quality and make in the ratio of 4:1 (4 cement and 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and this cement hardner compound mixed with 6 mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including providing and fixing 30 X 3mm glass strip,This includes cost of cement slurry, finishing to the required finishing and cleaning neatly while handing over the areas etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.
Providing and laying Self levelling Epoxy flooring, including preparation of the surface, primer coat, screeding & levelling coat and finishing coat with Polyurethene coat of approved colour and shade of approved make all as per manufacturers specifications complete as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge (This Job to be carried out through a specialized approved agency).

SECTION-C Plain Cement Concrete Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all levels.
SECTION-D Reinforced Cement Concrete Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications.

SECTION-E: Reinforced Steel & Structural Steel Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor. Using TMT bars of specified grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor from the own plants of SAIL, RINL or TATA make only using virgin materials. Notes: i) The contractor shall supply copy of Documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test Certificate from these firms and also testing from third party from approved laboratory to be arranged at no extra cost.ii) Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost & will not be measured for payment. iii) Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete.
Note for item No. 15 & 16 i) The contractor shall supply copy of documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test Certificate from approved manufacturers and also third party testing from approved laboratories without any extra cost. ii) Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not to be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. iii) Welding electrodes manufactured by M/s. Adani Oerlicon/ESAB India & D&H of specified suitable grade only shall be used. iv) Holes to be drilled only by drilling machines and gas cutting of holes are not permitted. v) Rate inclusive of all consumables like GAS, welding electrodes and tools and tackles etc. Providing structural steel work at all levels using angles, channels, joists, other sections, embeded parts welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses, structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, hoisting, fabricating, erecting as required, fixing in position to correct line and levels, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Project Engineer. Upto and including 300mm Joists, 350mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL / RINL (VizagSteel) / TATA. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.
Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench/Manhole Covers, Connection plates etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials produced by the own plants of SAIL, RINL (Vizag Steel) and TATA only using virgin materials. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.
Providing and placing at site MS foundation bolt of required size, shape and length as per IS:5624, of mechanical property class – 6.8 as per IS:1367-Part-3, with two numbers of compatible hexagon nuts of class 14H (conforming to IS:1367, part 7), washers conforming to IS : 2016 with each bolt of reputed make, fixing at site complete as per drawing and technical specifications. Bolt size M20 X 3.5, length 500mm with top 100 mm as threaded portion at one end.
SECTION-F : FORMWORK Providing, centering, shuttering Formwork using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels. Notes: i). The rates should be inclusive of the safe working platform around the structure to facilitate man, material and equipment movement. Concreting will be done either by using a pipe line or bucket. ii). For payment, measurements will be made for the area of the concrete in touch with the concrete cast. iii). Contractor has to submit the design of shuttering for approval of department before use at site.

SECTION-G Masonary Work and Plastering Providing and constructing brick work in cement mortar using Standard bricks of approved quality / class, make / brand in super structure above plinth up to Floor-II level in all shapes and sizes including curing, raking out joints complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Brickwork in super structure with standard bricks in C.M 1:4 using crushed Sand.
Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry using approved Rubble stone in super structure (above plinth) in C.M 1:6 (using crushed sand) including raking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing above ground level / plinth level and up to and including 20 m height including scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.
Providing Raised and cut pointing on stone with cement moratr 1:3 using crushed sand as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing 20 mm thick water proof plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (using crushed sand) finsihed smooth with a floating coat of neat cement including approved water proofing compound added @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of surface, scaffolding at all heights, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site.
Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete. all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing G.I. chicken mesh in the junctions of concrete & brickwork / masonry or as directed by the Engineer in charge including cutting, fixing with nails in position before plastering complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (only area of the chicken mesh used alone will be measured)
SECTION-H Dismantling Works Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Note: The rates in respect of Item Nos 26 to 32 are applicable for NET Quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 30% from corresponding TRUCK Measurement

SECTION-I Water Proofing Works Providing patented cement based water proofing treatment from outside to Basement, lift pits, trenches, and other underground structures during construction, consisting of a water proof layer over cement concrete 1:3:6 bedding finished with Rough Shahbad stone of about 20 mm thick,well pointed in the joints with cement and approved make water proofing compound as per manufcturer's specification and continuing the treatment after completion of floor slab & sidewalls on the outer face of walls up to 300 mm above the adjacent ground level complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The total treatment of waterproofing treatment shall be around 75 mm for floors and 35 to 40 mm thick for walls. Notes:- (i) The cost of 1:3:6 is not included in this item and is to be catered for separately(ii) A working space of about 600 mm shall have to be provided in the excavtion separately for the treatment of exterior faces of walls.(iii) The water proofing treatment is to be Guaranteed for borne dry condition for a period of 10 years.(iv) The measurement for payment shall be as per actual area covered by the treatment(v) The structure will be subjected to water leak test and the cost is to be borne by the contractor.

Providing and placing in position suitable PVC water stops of approved make (M/s Omai Plastics, Caprihans India Ltd., Kanta Polymers (Kanta flex) & Fixopan) conforming to IS: 12200 for construction / expansion joints between two RCC Members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete as perspecifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces, chajjas etc. consisting of flowing operations (i) Injecting the top slab as required with cement and approved water proof compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honey combs etc. in the concrete slab, setting "autoclaved aerated light weight block bats" coba in waterproof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water & continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall up to a height of 300mm in the shape of vatas, finishing the surface with 20mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (using river / crushed sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including mixing 'polyster fibre of approved make' at the rate of 125 grams per 50 kg of cement in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300 X 300mm square, 3mm deep (v). The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of 2 weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement based water proofing treatment to the new terraces, chajjas, cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement and approved water proofing compound solution to fill up all inherient holes, voids, honeycombs etc. in the concrete slab, setting brick bat coba in water prrof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall up to a height of 300 mm in the shape of vattas, with water proof plaster finished smooth with trovel in cement / geru with false markings of 300 mm squares complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

SECTION-K Marble and Granite Providing and fixing Minimum 17 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut Granite of Telephone Black colour for kitchen platforms, vanitiy counters, Washbasin Counters, Door Frames, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing the edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels.
SECTION-L Doors, Windows and Wood Work Providing and fixing pannelled teak wood door shutters (35 mm thick frames and 25 mm thick shutters) using second class teak wood using styles & middle rails 100mmx35mm, bottom rail 200mmx35mm, top rail & lock rails 150mmX35mm and panelling with 25mm thick best quality teak wood planks including fixing in existing door frame including ISI marked 100mm stainless hinges with SS screws complete all as per specifications and as directed.

Section-O Miscellanious G.I. Crimpnet gate:- Providing, fabrication, erection of G.I. Crimpnet gate and side supports with the following details: a) Excavation for side supports, soling, PCC, formwork and curing. b) 150mm square Box type side supports in position using 2 Nos. ISMC 150 (unit weight 16.4 kg/m) with hold fasts on four sides of side supports using angle 65 x 65 x 6mm and 12mm thick base plate of size 300mm x300mm below box type side supports. c) Gate shutter with G. I. Tubular frames of Class 'C' / heavy duty G. I. pipes and bends (Nominal pipe size - 1 1/2" NB, 38mm i/d, 5.41kg/m), G. I. Crimpnet of size 50mm X 8g welded on angle iron frame of ISA 40x 40x5mm. Fixing of M. S. flat beading of size 20 x 5mm to hold crimpne. d). Wheels and semi circular 20mm flat below wheel for easy movement of gate. e) Pivot type hinges (3 nos. for each shutter of gate), locking arrangements (aldrop and tower bolts.) f) Painting of gates using priming coat. Providing and Fixing Anchor Fastner of approved make including drilling in concrete as per requirement for fixing Eps or other structures all as specified by the manufacturer complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Hydrotesting of the RCC Tank including all arrangements for filling and emptying of all the containment with potable water (to be supplied by contractor) and providing blank flanges, pipelines, pumping system, etc. including testing for leak tightness as specified, grouting till satisfactory leak tightness test results are achieved, all as required, as per specification, and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete upto 7m height Note. (1) The cost is inclusive of all repetitive water filled test as above till satisfactory level of EIC. (2) Hydrotesting will be performed simultaneously in alternate compartment.
