Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineerin-charge.

Plain Cement Concrete with Nominal Mix 1:3:6 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with river/ manufactured/robo sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding Formwork.

Reinforced Cement Concrete design mix of Grade M25 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batcher or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix up to specified level below and above plinth using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with river/manufactured/robo sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding Formwork. in foundation, footings, plinth beam, beam, slab chajjas, lintels, bed bloks staircases, walls etc.,

Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates/ Plywood at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. in Foundations, footings, bases of columns, Lintels, beams, plinth beams, cantilevers, Window, Sill, copings all works up to 3 mtr. height and as directed .

Supply, fabrication, erection and fixing in position Reinforcement bars for Reinforced Cement Concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level with High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) bars/TMT Bars 500D conforming to IS 1786 (Latest Edition) from approved source of make of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, SAIL, Jindal including transporting to site, loading and unloading, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, removing of scales, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, fixing and tying in position with Two (2) strings of 18 Gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make), loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating,erecting/fixing in position in yard buried, or at elevations generally as indicated in the relevant drawings. a). using MS ERW pipes of different sizes for different services with welded /screwed joints as mentioned in relevant piping material specification, including supply and fixing piping material conforming to IS 1239, heavy class of size given below of make M/s Tata, Jindal, Prakash Surya, Zenith along with all necessary fittings like elbows, tees, couplings, reducers conforming to IS 1239 upto 50mm socketed type and of fabricated out of pipe for sizes above 50mm nb, flanges conforming to BS 10 table E, bolts, nuts, reinforced AC gaskets of 3mm thick jointing materials etc., cleaning, applying to coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer of Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger complete for over ground piping and wrap coat for under ground piping but excluding providing with cold wrap coat of 4mm thick ( measured and paid separately under relevant item), testing, purging, flushing and commissioning of pipe lines, at all elevations, including the cost of material consumables, and labour all as directed and specified for fire water line, cooling water line, return line, Compressed air and municipal water Note: Wrap coat will be measured and paid separately under relevant item and the rates quoted for this item shall be exclusive of cost of Wrap coat. but inclusive of painting.

Ball value of body CI and ball SS 304 with/without matching companion flanges conforming to International/Indian standard as indicated of approved make ADCO/HAWA/L&T including all jointing materials like flanges, gaskets,bolts,nuts etc., testing the valves and joints for 10 Kg/cm2 pressure with clean and potable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours etc. as per specifications.
