Providing, Supplying and fixing King size Bed of size 1800mm x 1950mm with box type storage made of with hydraulic system & cushion head board along with 1 side tables of size 450mm x450mm all made of using 18 mm, 12 mm, 6 mm commercial ply wood confirming IS:303, ISO certified, full core full panel, with 1 mm laminates ISI mark of approved make and selected colour & shade & 0.8 mm laminates fixed internally on all hidden surfaces all complete as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing and supplying 100 mm thick foam based sleeping mattresses of ISI brand like Kurlon/sleepwell or equivalent of size 1950mm x 1800mm.

Providing, supplying & installing Shoe rack made of Medium density fibre particle board with internal shelves & hanger arrangement including fixing shutters with SS make spring hinges, Handles, etc. inclusive cost of all screws, hardware materials, polished completed of selected colour & shade as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and supplying 150 mm thick memory foam based sleeping mattresses of ISI brand like Kurlon/sleepwell or equivalent of size 1200mm x 1950mm.

Providing sofa lining for 3 seater jumbo sofa of size 1950mm x 750mm x 800mm along with 2 single seater sofa of size 750mm x 800mm, using fabric material of merrick fiji make (620 GSM) sticking over one layer of 25mm thick 40 density foam. further replacing all the bottom sofa elastic belts all completed cost include of material & labour as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, supplying and placing Storage plain shall have an overall size of 916mm(W)x486mm(D) x1981mm(H) with welded construction. It should have the shelf thickness of 0.7 mm, Back thickness of 0.8mm, Door thickness of 0.8mm (high yield strength) and all other components shall have a thickness of 0.9mm. These components shall be made of CRCA ‘D’ grade high yield strength as per IS:513. The Storwel Plain should have a Mazak handle and Three way locking mechanism with Shooting Bolts. It should have a height wise adjustable shelf mounting which shall have a Uniformly Distributed Load Capacity of max 40 Kg. It should also have a M10 Screw type Leveller with Hex plastic base. The finishing shall include Epoxy powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns (+/- 10). Plenty of colour options and shelving options shall be available.
