Excavation in earth work in foundation and trenches etcetera in all kind and classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work and hard blasting work and saturated soil any other mixed verity of soil in dry or saturated condition upto any depth and lift upto any height including chiseling/wedging out rocks where blasting prohibited dewatering pumping or bailing out water where required and/ removal of slush seprately as directed which may arise during the execution including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material and then returning stacked soil in any thickness of layers when required into plinth side of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as specified dumping place as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8(one cement: four sand: eight graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty miillmeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth level as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement:three sand: six graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete including cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth level as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (twenty two point five centimeter depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with any lead as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of gravel/soil aggregate sub base/base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 80mm (eighty millimetre) as per table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008, spreading in uniforms layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachement and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired complete as per CPWD specifications 2019 contained in para 2.2, 3.6 and 3.7 of IRC SP-77-2008 and as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM)specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 (eight) to 10 (ten) tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and applying tack coat with RS-I setting bitumen emulsion nn W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.4kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point four kilogram per square meter) using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom s per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with RS-I setting bitumen emulsion on bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point two five kilogram per square meter) using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom s per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. 2 cm (two centimeter) premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum (one point eight cubic meter) and 0.90 cum (zero point nine zero cubic meter of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimeter) size and 11.2 mm (elevel point two millimeter) size respectively per 100 sqm (one hundred square meter) and 52 kg (fifty two kilogram) and 56 kg (fifty six kilogram) of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimeter) and 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimeter) size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 (six) to 9(nine) tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately) with paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg (one hundred twenty eighty kilogram)of bitumen of grade VG - 30 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum (zero point six zero cubic meter) of fine aggregate per 100 sqm (one hundred square meter) of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) with minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum (four hundred kilogram per cubic meter), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and gradeas per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.
