SCHEDULE 'A'

Round the clock Manning and operation including Sunday and Holiday HVAC Air Conditioning plant of capacity 3 x 73.5 TR ( two plants to be run at a time and one will be kept as stand by) at NEW MTS including connected electrical items all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge by engaging following personels:- (i) Refrigeration Mechanic - 03No(01 No for 1st shift of 08 Hrs) Note :- (i) All the items as per List enclosed shall be operated and maintained as required. (ii) Inside temprature of 25 degree centigrade and Humidity 50 - 60% to be maintained. (iii)Repair / replacement of minor items like gland packing, Gaskets, Bolt nuts ,indicators, pushbuttons,fuses, lubricants etc. and ensure no leakages at valves shall deemded to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (iv) Major items/spares paid separatly below items as supply only. (v) The contractor shall make necessary arrangements in case of any emergancy and shall ensure smooth functioning of system without failure through out all the three shifts. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of this and no extra claim shall be admissible and the Accepting officer's decision in this regard will be final and binding.

Round the clock Manning and operation including Sunday and Holiday Fire hydrant system and water Treatmet plant at New MTS valve controlling operation and Electrically driven horizontal centrifugal (splitcasing type) main Pump 7.0Kg/sqcm and 1500rpm Electrically driven horizontal centrifugal single stage (end suction type) jockey Pump 7.0Kg/sqcm 2900 RPM at NEW MTS area including connected electrical items such as main switch, starter, changeover switch, MCCB, voltmeter, ammeter, panel board etc by engaging following personels:- (i) FGM - 03 No(01 No for 1st shift of 08 Hrs) Note: (i) Repair / replacement of minor items like gland packing, Gaskets, Bolt nuts, indicators, pushbuttons,fuses, lubricants etc etc. and ensure no leakages at valves shall deemded to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (ii) All the items as per List enclosed will be operated and maintained as required. (iii) The parameters to be maintained are as per user requirement. Round the clock Manning and operation including Sunday and Holiday HT 11 KV VCBs,HT /LT Panels and 2x 2.5 MVATransformers at New MTS area including connected electrical items by engaging following personels:- (i) Electrician - 03 No - 01No((01 No for 1st shift of 08 Hrs) Note: (i) Repair / replacement of minor items like indicators, HT/LT fuses, silica jel, etc shall deemded to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (ii) All the items as per List enclosed will be operated and maintained as required. (iii) The parameters to be maintained are as per user requirement. (iv) The contractor shall make necessary arrangements in case of any emergancy and shall ensure smooth functioning of system without failure through out all the three shifts. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of this and no extra claim shall be admissible and the Accepting officer's decision in this regard will be final and binding.

Dismantling of AC Plant condenser unit and deskelling deposited carbon layers of condenser unit of copper tubes with using hydro cloride (HCL) with the help of vaccum pump and removing deposited deskelling with the help of brushing and refixing in same position, testing and commissioning complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only Refrigerant gas R-407A for AC plant complete all specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cooling tower honeycomb fan trays complete layer and cleaning with the help of acid and refixing to its original position complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of AC plant control panel and replacement of relays complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for weather proofing paint to outdoor cooling tower of capacity 80 TR AC plant complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only air filter suitable for AC plant of 80TR complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only Orthotolidine soloution (Testing liquid) in 500 ml bottle complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only chlorine kit 0 to 2.0 PPM complete all specified and as directed.

Taking down the defective induction motor of any make 415 volt 3 phase by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor from bed by decoupling with pump transporting to workshop, dismantling it completely, removing the burnt out winding, rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire of same back to site and with and transporting with the pump necessary insulating material, varnishing, backing and re-assembling the motor completly with all connections complete all as specified and directed for following capacity. Note : (i) Burnt out removed winding wire shall be property of contractor through schedule of credit.

Taking down existing rusted MS pipe line with help of gas cutter and replacement of pipe size 150mm dia with 6mm thick including painting over zink oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Tata/Jindal/Zenith/Prakash/ Swastik

Supply and fixing of silica gel breath complete all specified and as directed.
