Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation completed as per drawings and technical specification for bars below 36mm dia including over laps and wastage.

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete of M20 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate including cost and seignorage, conveyance of all materials and labour charges centring, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including other incidental hire and operatioal charges of all T&P as per approved drawings and as directed during execution but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work .FOR CULVERTS

BLD-CSTN-2-2 (10): Earth work excavation in Ordinary Soil by Mechcanical Means-Upto 3 m depth for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting, including backfilling etc. complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges etc as per SS - 20 B (APSS 308).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(Grade-II 63mm to 45mm metal) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 MORD / 404 MORTH. For compacted thickness of 75 mm (RBR-SBBS-9 ii)

Construction of M30 grade plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prpared sub base, with 43 grade cement @ 350 kg/cum or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 - M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick plythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant near approaches to bridges / culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where spcified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1501 MORD.
