Assistance in maintenance by greasing & Oiling of all the moving parts of feeder plants & belt conveyor like bearing, blocks, Gearbox, Coupling, Shafts etc.

Assistance in maintenance of marshal winch by checking of motor, coupling, gearbox, clutch system, drum brakes, Haulage drum, hydralic brake system etc.

Assistance in maintenance and checking of all electrical system control panels, terminals box, contactors, swicthes, motor , cables, transformers etc.

Assistance in rectification of coupling by replacement of coulping belts by nut bolt.

Rectification of conveyor belt in case of bearing/bush damage by replacement or repair as per requirement.

Assistance in adjustment of belt conveyor during loading in case of slippage or tightening of belt.

Rectification of control panel operation, Pump starter in case of breakdown including replacement of equipments etc

Assistance in rectification of motor during single phasing or any other electrical fault by insulation testing of motor , cable etc as per requirement.

Assistance in removal & installation of gear box, motor by preparation of base , coupling, keyway preparation etc

Preparation of material as per requirement like bends, Plates by welding & cutting of iron & steel material.

Rectification of bunker feeder chain coupling, tie rod welding etc as per need

Assistance in rectification of chain conveyor in case of breakdown by loossening the chain, removal of damaged flight bars, joining link, T plate, Tension bolt tightening and testing & operation of feeder.

Assistance in maintenance of pumps of feeder no 1, Bunker, fire figting & sprinkler pump etc by replacement of bearing, rotating unit, gland packing, removal & fittment of pump body, suction and footvalve replacement etc.

Assistance in major overhauling of pump by removal of pump from bunker or plant no. 1 , repairing or replacement of pump set as per requirement.

Assistance in rectification of head shaft, tail shaft, crusher system by dismatling, replacement of bearing, loading & unloading for CWS repair, re-installation etc as per requirement

Rectification of belt conveyor in case of breakage of belt by either plate fastner or splicing.

Rectification of haulage rope in case of breakage or looping by cutting and tightening, rope splicing etc.

Assistance in changing of belt conveyor drive/tailend/loop drum by lossening the belt and block bearing work as per requirement.

Assistance in removal & installation of new belt for jointing and drum for lagging as per requirement and recommencement after work.

Assistance in repair of loading chute motor gear box system for proper operation of loading point.

Assistance in rectification and general day to day maintenance of all conveyor belt structures including roller, idlers, drum, brackets etc.

Rectification by breaking of coal lumps, stuck in primary or secondary crusher during operation of feeder breakers.

Assistance in loading & unloading of material during collection from Regional store, E&M Workshop , Central Store etc

Assistance in carrying haulage rope hooking to wagon for loading and placement of rope during drwan out of rake.

Assistance in operation of conveyor belt and marshlling winch invloving monitoring of belt, checking coal spillage, alignment of rollers, checking of water in sump and pumping operation as per requirement, checking of chute and changing of clutch during rake change ,monitoring of haulage drum and fixing of hookes for loading purpose in all three shifts ( per day on regular basis )
