Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 0.50M. in depth and earth work in embankemnt to be in 20cm. layers including remmeing and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50M lift and 30M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30M. distances as directed by the Engineer incharge. Excluding Royality. DSR 2023/2.3.1

Demolishing brick work IN manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.. In cement mortar with all etc DSR 2023/ 15.7.4

Earthwork: Excavation in foundation etc. in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 50m including filling watering and removal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge specification all complete. DSR 2023/2.1.1

Concrete with 4cm guage stone ballast coarse sand of 2.20 FM and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials , labour , T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(DSR/23 4.1.8)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 12.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)DSR/23 6.1.1

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources).((DSR/23 5.1.2)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natu ral sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).(DSR/23 5.2.2)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4")gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarsesand : 3 stonegrit) in slab excluding necessary centering & shuttering excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire(DSR/23 5.3)

Mild steel (Tor steel or plain) in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage band overlapping and including cost of binding wire.((DSR/23 5.22.1)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete(DSR/23 5.9.1)
