INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION WORKS NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III shall also be applicable.

Material & Labour for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with 1.5sq mm nominal cross sectional area PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor 1100 volts grade, drawn in and including medium grade, rigid PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories), and including provision of modular metal flush boxes with modular frame plate and white cover for housing switch, sockets, regulators, etc including 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following:- NOTE:- The quoted unit rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plates, modular frame plates, etc.

Supply & Fixing Energy efficient LED lamp 9/10 W, Pin type B 22, 230V AC, 50Hz single phase including bakelite batton holder with all fitting fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed. Supply & Fixing Energy efficient LED tube light fitting 20 W, 230V made of aluminium housing and integrated electronic driver complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Supply & Fixing Energy efficient LED 10W bulkhead light fitting with all accessories including driver pre-wired complete with all fittings all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Warranty for replacement of each LED shall not be less than 05 years from the date of purchase. 2. Date of Purchase shall be marked on each fixture with permanent marker for redeeming warrenty benifits.

Supply & Fixing VTPN, 4 way, Distribution board, double door, vertical type including fixing and connecting of MCCBs/MCBs/ Isolator/ELCBs, etc factory made, confirming to IS: 13032 fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2 mm thick fitted with DIN channel, neutral link and 200 Amps 415 volts rated bus bar. DB shall be semi glossy finished with epoxy polyester based powder paint sprayed and baked at high temperature, between powder painting process the sheet steel having to go through the anti-rust conditioning in not less than seven tank process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosive atmosphere. The DB shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement. The DB shall be of same make as MCBs /Isolator. DB shall also be provided with label marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits. The DB shall be of IP 43 protection class complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- MCCBs/MCBs shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Supply & Fixing Energy efficient LED street light fitting, minimum capacity of 25W, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficency LED as lighting source and lens with toughned glass having bottom seperate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK 07, etc and all accessories prewired with & including mounting bracket of 40mm bore light grade pipe of required length and shape including bending, forging or welding, etc and suitable bolts, nuts, washeres, etc and connecting with PVC insulated multi stranded copper flexible cable of size 0.5 sqmm, three core from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Warranty for replacement of each LED shall not be less than 05 years from the date of purchase. 2. Date of Purchase shall be marked on each fixture with permanent marker for redeeming warrenty benifits.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR-2009 Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia light grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover with handle of 8 mm dia bar, charcoal/salt, funnel with wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The concrete pit (to be provided atleast 500mm away from earth pit) shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate includes the cost of GI pipe light grade for protection of earth wire and 4mm dia earh lead wire upto 7.5 M.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of external water supply notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IV shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour for Cutting of existing steel tubing of size 100mm bore complete for alterations or additions (each cut measured ) & including insertion of Tee bore of size 100mm x 100mm x 80mm including all accessories as required including excavation , earth work, returing filling and removal of earth work up to 50mtr distance complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i)The rate of Tee bore of size 100mm x 100mm x 80mm including all accessories is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) The rate of excavation , earth work, returing filling and removal of earth work up to 50mtr distance is also included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material & Labour for construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber with 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 lean concrete foundation using 40mm graded stone aggregate providing well burnt brick masonary wall of 23mm thick built in CM 1:6 rendering in cement 1:6 finished even smooth using extra cement internally and 20mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished fair and even supply and fix 3.15 mm thick MS sheet steel cover fixed on 40mm x 40mm x 6mm thick angle iron frame embbeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and 1 Nos 50mm size 4 levers lock with key in duplicate Standard size and MS hold fast and handle made out of 25 x 6mm flat iron appplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Red Oxide) to all exposed surface making good all disturbed surface to match surrounding complete all as specified and directed. Supply & Fixing Steel octagonal decorative poles 6.00 mtr long with 1.5mtr decorative GI suitable size of bracket with welded MS galvanised iron base plate, bolts, nuts and screws fixing on and inculding pole foundation, earth work ,excavation ,returing filling and removal up to 50mtr distance, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and cable junction box, nut, bolts, washers, terminal block and glands suitable for 16 sqmm core cable and with & including 1 No. 6 Amps MCB SP, 10 KA, anchor bolts, nuts, etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-The rates of the following items covered under serial no.(i) to (iii) are included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (i) Pole foundation of Size (L x B x H) 500mm x 500mm x 1500mm below Ground Level using with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including form work if required . (ii) PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (L x B x H) 500mm x 500mm x 300mm PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including form work if required shall be used for copings of pole above Ground Level as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS NOTE:- For items of Sewage disposal notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-VIII shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour for Brick masonry septic tank for 100 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) below foundation, base slab, buffle walls and precast cover slab etc with vent shaft, inspection chamber etc all as specified and shown in drawing No. CEBZ/TD/77/2011 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for site Soakage well of 1.8m dia and 3.00 m effective depth; excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wall of honey combed and solid including intercepting chamber, screen chamber Brick work in CM, RCC cover slab / RR masonry / filling with brick bats all as specified and shown in drawing No. CEBZ/TD/78/2011 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.
