Heat exchanger tank,thermostate / heating element ,power supply backup ,solar plate ,glass wool ,steel structure mounting system ,pcc work, aluminium cladding material etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The unsv items /parts etc shall be paid and measured separately under respective items .

Disconnecting and taking up or down old existing steel tubing/PPR pipe 20 mm bore and connections of any description/ grade and in any position from trenches / walls / floors/ roof etc including connected fittings/accessories and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting and taking up or down existing unserviceable rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of any capacity and description complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified of capacity 1000 Ltrs, triple layer construction, ISI marked including GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade, over flow pipe 450mm long and waste water pipe 600mm long with including all fitting complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified of capacity 500 Ltrs, triple layer construction, ISI marked including GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade, over flow pipe 450mm long and waste water pipe 600mm long with including all fitting complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting and taking up or down existing unserviceable solar hot water tank with heat exchanger, of any description Supply and fixing of solar hot water tank with heat exchanger complete of 1000 Ltrs capacity having 100 mm rockwool insulation including all inlet out let connection, insulation and aluminium cladding etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Ser no. 01 to 13. NOTE - 1) Proper care shall be take while repairing the solar plant and ensure No damage to the water proofing of the external roof shall be occured. 2)Making good to any damage shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost till satisfactory checking of water roof leakage 3). Materials approved as per sample to be reached within 10 days of date of commencement of work for smooth seasonal functioning of solar water Heater. 4). Taking down unserviceable heating element / thermostat from the solar water heating system of any size any capacity and any shape complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceable solar water heater heat exchanger flat plate collector panel from the roof with and including taking out or dismantling of the water supply connection without any damage to the serviceable fitting and fixture complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1) Proper care shall be take while repairing the solar plant and ensure No damage to the water proofing of the external roof.

Supply and fixing of solar flat plate collector complete of size 2.01 Sqm ( 1992x1090x94mm size) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceable insulating glass wool and Supply and fixing of insulating glass wool to insulate the solar water heating tanks or pipe line etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for servicing of hot water tank with and including of descaling of the tank with descaling solution and removing all scaling material and deposited at a distance not less than 100 mtr from the site including cleaning of solar flat plate collector complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting & taking out existing unserviceable float valve assembly 20mm bore of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of 20mm bore, ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting and taking down old existing unserviceable aluminium foil cladding of any description and in any position and Supply and fixing of aluminium foil cladding of thickness 0.63mm complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting & taking out old existing unserviceable temperature meter of any description and in any position and Supply and fixing of new temperature meter, 0-100 ºC range, dial type suitable for 15mm GI pipe including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed

Opening of existing aluminium cladding from tank ,cleaning and stacking the same for reuse ,taking out glass wool and repairing the stainless steel tank and repairing the leakage by means of TIG welding as approved ,refilling of glass wool ,aluminium cladding by using old aluminium sheet complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Existing glass wool & aluminium sheet shall be reused, New glass wool & aluminium sheet if required shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this Sch as ‘Supply only’.

Disconnecting & taking up or down unserviceable sub main wiring of aluminium/Copper conductor with two run of single core cable and one run of single core earth cable of of size 2.5 Sqmm 1100 Volts, & in any position including taking out existing conduits of any description and making good the disturbed surfaces to the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1) Proper care shall be take while repairing the solar plant and ensure No damage to the water proofing of the external roof.

M&L for surface/concealed sub main wiring as required with two single core FR PVC insulated and unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm 1100 Volts and one run of copper stranded conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm for continuous earthing drawn in rigid non metallic PVC conduit pipe ISI marked of size not less than 20 mm Dia including to connect their incoming/outgoing electric connections by using required sizes of lugs/thimbles as well as flexible conduit of suitable sizes shall also be used at any open surfaces of conductor complete all as specified and directed. Taking down old unserviceable and rusted supporting structure of panel/PVC TANKS of any type and in any position and Supply and fixing supporting structure made of mild steel supports epoxy coated including nuts and bolts etc as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1) Proper care shall be take while repairing the solar plant and ensure No damage to the water proofing of the external roof shall be occured. 2)Making good to any damage shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost till satisfactory checking of water roof leakage.

Supply and fixing of toughened glass 4 mm thick size suitable for 1992x1090 / 2030X1030mm size solar panel complete all as specified and as directed Note: 1) Proper care shall be take while repairing the solar plant and ensure No damage to the water proofing of the external roof. 2)Making good to any damage shall be done by the contractor with no extra cost till satisfactory checking of water roof leakage.
