Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc.: Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

25 mm wooden planking, tongued and grooved in flooring, including fixing with iron screws complete with : Hollock wood.

Providing & fixing upto floor five level precast mud concrete solid blocks with 5% to 8% cement (OPC) content including hoisting and setting in position in mud mortar using approved quality mud with carriage of material complete

Providing and fixing in walls wooden panelling 8mm thick (minimum) of reputed make in required size, shape, colour, texture and finish etc. tongued and grooved over existing surface, complete in all respect as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. M.S. tube

French spirit polishing: Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Special local vernacular architecture Fresco painting on wood/ walls or any surface complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick shutters for cup board etc. : Glazed shutters : Hollock wood including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S. piano hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick both sides Pre-laminated cement bonded wood particle board as per IS : 15786:2008 of approved brand and shade with suitable full threaded steel screws etc. in partitions, boxes, shelves, racks and cupboard, kitchen cabinet under kitchen counter etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note: Fittings to be paid separately). 18 mm thick

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution
