(a) Baird Place:- Block/ Building No. 56 & 57 = 02 Nos Lift

| 0.0 | (iii) Contractor will conclude with OEM and copy of the agreement alongwith Tax invoice copy will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement.
(iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift.
(v) The contract include of repair replacement of machines, motors, generators, door ropes, inverter/ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock brake shoes, liners, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoistway door locks, cabin fan, indicators and other minor machanical spare parts. The cost of above material are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. | - | - | - | - |
| 0.9 | (vi) The materials like replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, panels, fixtures, hoist way door panels, door frames, sills, car flooring, floor covering, lighting fixtures, ceiling light, bulb and tubes, main line power switches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoistway wiring, hydraulic jack outer casing, burried piping, alignment of elevator guide rails, smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors, sheave rim, hoist rope etc are not included in the quoted rate.
(vii) Contractor to note that lift will remain fully operational in case of repairs/ unoccupied buildings.
(viii) Contractor will prominently display his contact/mobile number and OEM contacts number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. | - | - | - | - |
| 0.0 | (ix) Contractor need to submit the following certificate :- (a) Monthly Safety Security certificate of lifts from OEM and performa mentioned in Particular Specification.
(x) Contractor has to depute one supervisor to liason with OEM and get all complaints done including submission of daily complaints slips/dockets to JE E/M /Engr-in-Charge.
(xi) Retrieved items wiil be property of OEM.
(xii) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M /Engr-in-Charge. In case no technician detailed Rs 500/- per week per lift will be deducted from the contractors dues. Technician should always carry service tools during site visit in every week. | - | - | - | - |
