SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P4 OTM OR AT OLD AMRITSAR CANTT

Material and labour for preparation of existing surface and cleaning off loose and unstable materials by mechanical means , filling the crack in brick tile joints with filler and PU sealant and providing 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 with proper slope towards the spouts/drain pipe finishing even and smooth complete all as specified with including WPC @2% by wt of cement as per manufacturer's instruction, applied over prepared surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineerin-Charge. Note : Complete material shall be approved by GE and procured in bulk and kept in lock and key Note : The applicationshall be carried out by personnel trained and authorized by Manufacturer & installation to be carried out as per manufacturers approved method statement . All auxiliary & accessories involved during application should be all as per manufactureres instructions.

Supplying and fixing 5 mm thick interlocking PVC wall lining consisting of plain colour PVC sheet 1 mm yhick inclusive of solvent cement,PVC frames,PVC fasteners/SS screws and all necessary items like C-section at edges/L-section at corners of matching colour etc for fixing at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick Gypsum board to flat surface over aluminium snap grid 600mmx600mm frame work, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wiremesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames from the opening of size not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Chowkats or frames from the opening of size exceeding 1.5 Sqmtr but not exceeding 4 Sqmtr each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing powder coated aluminium frame for doors ,windows, ventilators, partition with one or more rebates including joining cleats, rubber neoprene packing for fixing, complete all as specified and directed. ( Min. thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Supplying and fixing Aluminium powder coated (of any colour) window and ventilator shutters, sliding , without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Min. thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Supplying and fixing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Clerestory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65x100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58 60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers(wood powder/ rice husk wheat husk)and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(Face)& 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed.
