Supply of Sag Mill full set of liners

The Bidder should have experience of supplying chrome moly liners for Sag mill to any Gold Mining Industry in India /Abroad as per technical specification mentioned in Tech Bid-A of the tender document. Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on the Supply of chrome moly liners for Sag mill to any Gold Mining Industry in India/Abroad, in any one of the past three years (2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25). Minimum one year Purchase Order copy for any one of the above periods should be enclosed. HGML at its discretion may verify the veracity of the Purchase order enclosed along with the bid, while taking decision.

The manufacturers or the authorized dealers /distributors are only eligible to apply for this tender. The authorized dealers/distributors should furnish authorization letter from the manufacturer as per the prescribed format as per annexure-II.

Performance Capability: If the bidders is a manufacturer then, they should have supplied chrome moly liners for a Sag mill to the extent of atleast 80% of one full set of Sag mill chrome moly liners (260 Nos) i.,e 208 Nos to any Gold Mining Industry in India/Abroad during any one of the past three financial years(2022-23, 2023-24 or 2024-25). Note: For Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the minimum supply of chrome moly liners for Sag mill to the extent of 40% of one full set of chrome moly liners to Sag mill (260 Nos)i.e 104 nos. Tenders submitted by authorized representatives / agents of eligible manufacturers may also be considered, provided the following conditions are met: 1. The Manufacturer must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above in full and must furnish an authorization letter assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations for the goods supplied. 2. The Authorized Representative/Agent must have independently supplied atleast 30% of one full set of chrome moly liners (260 Nos) i.,e 78 Nos to Sag mill in any Gold Mining Industry in India / Abroad in any one of the past three financial years (2022-23 2023-24 or 2024-25). Note: All tenderers must enclose relevant supporting documents, such as Purchase Order copies, as proof of compliance with the above criteria. Relevant supporting documents (Purchase order copies) to be enclosed by both the bidders (Manufacturer and Authorized dealers) as per the % mentioned. HGML at its discretion may verify the veracity of the Purchase order enclosed along with the bid, while taking the decision.

Financial Capability: a) The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs.10 Crores, during the last three preceding financial years, namely FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. b) In case of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the required average annual financial turnover shall be 50% of Rs.10 Crores i.e., Rs.5Crores, during the last two preceding financial years: FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. The tenderer shall furnish the following as documentary proof for the financial capability criteria Annual Turnover Certificate for the relevant financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, OR Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement for the relevant financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.
