ARMO Horticulture work during 2024 25 SH Day to day maintenance of horticulture features in ATS building at Chennai Airport

Maintenance of lawn area including watering, weeding, manuring, top dressing, mowing and maintenance of seasonal beds etc. as per directionof EIC for 12 months (1558.28 Sqm x 12 months = 18699.36)

Maintenance of hedges including hoeing watering, clipping and removal of clippings etc as per direction of EIC for 12 months (1009.36 Rm x 12 months = 12112.32)

Maintenance of seasonal and perennial flower beds, ground covers including watering, weeding, manuring, replanting on mortality if any etc. complete as per direction of EIC. (manure paid separately). (23.38 Sqm x 12 months = 280.56)

Maintenance of shrubs including hoeing, watering, trimming and pruning etc complete as per direction of EIC for 12 months (121 nos x 12 months = 1452)

Maintenance of trees (beyond 4 year old ) including hoeing, watering,trimming & pruning and clearing of pruned branches etc complete as per direction of EIC. (58 nos x 12 months = 696)

Providing and displaying Aglonema plant having height 60 to 75cm and 3 in 1 in 25 cm size of earthen pots and as per direction of EIC

Providing and displaying Araucaeia Cookie plant having height 1 to 1.50 mtr straight well developed , fresh and healthy with lush green leaves in 25cm size of earthen pots and as per direction of EIC

Providing and displaying Areca palm plant having height 1.2 to 1.50 mtr with 3 to 4 suckers well developed , fresh and healthy with lush green foilage in 25cm size of earthen pots and as per direction of EIC

Day to day maintenance of various sizes of uruli by providing floating flowers kept in ATS Complex, including cleaning uruli and change of water and flowers alternate day etc complete as per the direction of EIC (Four locations GF, FF, SF & TF)

Day to day maintenance of water fountain which includes maintaining the water level, removal of fallen leaves from the fountain and cleaning of tiles of water fountain including required cleaning materials, weekly twice and also as per the direction of EIC.

Supplying and stacking of cow dung manure at site including loading, unloading & carriage with all leads and lifts. (Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment)

Display & maintenance of potted plant i/c watering, hoeing, cleaning of leaves and colouring of pots,replacement of plants and other unforeseen activities as per direction of EIC

Supply and decoration of flowers arrangement on the occasion of Republic & Independence day at ATS complex . For one Job A). Flowers 1). Garland (Crysanthimum/Marigold)-100ft 2). Rose (Red colour) – 1 kg 3). Rose( by colours) – 1 kg 4). Crysanthimum Petal / Flower – 1 kg B). Plants (all around the flagpost) (1 feet to 2 feet) 1). Crotons - 10 nos 2). Dracanea - 20 nos 3). Marigold with flowers - 30 nos

Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and disposing outside AAI primsies upto 5km Building rubbish/Fossils
