M&L for APP based polymeric membrane laid on primed roofs & flashing by forced application using Butane torch and sealing all joints on primed surface by applying hot blown industrial grade bitumen @ 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/Sq.m over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre per square metre over clean RCC/plastered roof surfaces & flashings complete, all as specified & directed.

NOTE : For Guarantee of Water Proofing Treatment refer PS clause 11.5.
