Spl repair to 08 x Firing point

Demolition of cement concrete of any description not exceeding 15cm depth and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (below or above ground level) and removal of debris from up to 500M complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge site.

M & L for 100mm thick PQC design mix concrete for pavement / hard standing of flexural strength 45 Kg / Sqcm and minimum 400 Kg of cement per Cum, with non circular Synthetic Fiber @ 0.25% by weight of cement all as specified and directed NOTE : Syntetic Fiber Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item

Supply only Polyster triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for manhole including slightly rounded or chamfered angles with necessary form work and finished the exposed surface of concrete even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 150mm depth and 20 mm wide expansion joint filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade'A' all as specified and specified

M&L for forming contraction/Dummy joint 65mm deepX10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor of any description including all quions, arches and pillar etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash brick with using Modular size Brick , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item No 9 above but except bricks complete all as specified. NOTE : Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition vide Sl item No 08 shall be used.

M&L for two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) 1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre /10sqm over new plstered surface including preparation of new surfaces.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, rough finished surface of concrete.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete of M25 grade for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified. NOTE: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete flat or curves sides of pillers,posts, struts,piers,columns and stanchions, rough finised surface of concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete of M25 grade as in columns, pillars,piers,posts and struts complete all as specified. NOTE : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams haunching, lintel, cantilevers shelves includig supported over hangs etc rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete of M25 grade as in beams, cantilevers.brussumenrs,lintels over 1.50m Span all as specified and directed. NOTE : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shapes as required including bending cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shapes as required including bending cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as spd.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound while concrete surface is green and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and mix liquid water proofing compound.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth: for foundation, etc or for shafts,wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10Sqm on plan & n.exc 1.5m in depth & getting out in hard/dence soil, complete all as specified

M&L for moorum/Red bajri filling in floor or paving laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick spread,levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified.

Removing excevated material (soil) to a distance exc 50m but n.exc 250m and deposed where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the strating point complete all as specified.

Provn of tiling & aluminium window:-

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provider for

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premisses complete all as specified.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to floor etc all as specified and directed

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tile of size 300mmx450mmx6-7 mm thick (Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with colour of tile over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid/mat finish ceramic colour tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm (Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE) in floor etc, and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with colour of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to 10mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm in floor/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with colour of tile over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5sqm but not exc 4sqm with shutter (without taking off shutter frome the frame) complete.

S & F in repairs mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F powder coated aluminium sliding glazed windows with three track shutter sliding (two shutters glazed and one shutter wire mesh) shall be two part as upper part shall be three movable shutter and lower part consist three shutter (one openable in centre and both side fixed type shutter with frosted glass) with following specification and making good the adjacent side of jambs of windows by plastering in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth complete etc. all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (i) Windows frame of cross section 101mm x 44mm x 1.5mm thick. (Min) (ii) Three way track for sliding shutters of cross section 97.8mm x 31.75mm x 1.1mm thick.(Min) (iii) Sliding shutter frame of cross section 40 x 18 x 1mm thick. (Min) (iv) 4 mm thick glass superior quality. (Min) (v) IDPE Rubber guasket for fixing of glass. (vi) Locking cleats per shutter - 01 Nos. (Min) (vii) Sliding rollers per shutter - 02 Nos . (Min) (viii) Stainless steel wire cloth 0.30mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm for shutters 01 Nos. (ix) Fixing screw for frame with wall per windows - 08 Nos.
