Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade. (two or more coats applied @ 3.84kg/10 sqm) three point eighty four kilograme per ten square metre) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point eighty litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
