Construction of Boundary compound wall and allied at 66/11kV sub-station Ramanathapura colony in Arakalagudu taluk, Hassan district

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor to an extent of Rs.12.70 lakh in at least one similar nature of work in any one of the last 5 years, i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26 in any of the Government / Public undertaking. Order copies/ certificates issued from the cadre not less than the rank of Executive Engineer should be scanned and uploaded.

The bidder should have valid PWD registration.

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.25.40 lakh, in at least two financial years in the last 5 years, i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26. Audited financial statement for the said five years duly signed by the Charted Accountant (with UDIN) should be uploaded.

The Bidder should submit the ESI registration certificate issued from the competent authority

The Bidder should submit the EPF registration certificate issued from the competent authority

The Bidder should submit valid GST registration Certificate

The Bidder should submit valid IT PAN card & Latest Indian Income Tax return acknowledgment form

Existing commitments and ongoing works as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-2 Form (Clause1.4 (A)). The contractor should enclose/ attach/upload all necessary certificates duly attested by the employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer for details in column No(7)of the table.

No Litigation certificate in the prescribed proforma should be uploaded duly signed

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any state Government/Government of India/Union Territory. Self-declaration statement shall be uploaded,

No Deviation certificate available in the tender documents should be filled and uploaded

The bidder has to upload the bid form enclosed in this tender duly filling all details

Works for which tenders already submitted as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-2 Form (Clause1.4 (B)) The contractor should scan & upload the details duly self-attested.
