Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits, not exceeding 0.5M in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to reqd. levels and slopes. (CSI No. 4.03)

Add to Earth work item (SI No. 4.01 to 4.03) for every additional 30m lead or part thereof or for every additional 1.5M lift or part thereof. (CSI No. 4.04)

The minimum thickness of anodizing on all aluminium sections should be 20 microns with a (+) 2 microns tolerance . (CSI No.12.20)

S/F 10mm thick Group 25 acid resisting tiles of “Somany” or equivalent approved make in flooring or skirting (confirming to I.S. 4457 - 1967) in ordinary Portland cement and coarse sand in ratio 1:3 with the joints filled with acid resistant cement “Accocide” of A.C.C. or equivalent make acid resistant cement and liquid supplied with cement, mixed in 1:3 ratio to make a workable paste in G.I. Tray. The joints should be kept as 5mm and to be cured for 7 days with dilute HCL (One part acid and three parts of water). Rate should be including the cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No. 12.22)

Supply of 80 mm thick I shaped mechanically compressed inter locking cement concrete paver block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 200X(160+120 mm) with minimum 5 mm thick toping of O.P.Cement mixed with 25% marble powder. The compressive strength of concrete pavers blocks shall not be less than 30 MPa & 4.5 Kg/No. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge but excluding G.S.T. which shall be paid extra as per rules. (CSI No.12.23)

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950. (CSI No. 13.01)
