SPL REPAIR TO CONNECTING ROAD FROM MAIN ROAD TO FASF AND NEAR BLDG NO P-06, SM-1, SM-04 AND SM-05 AT ZONE-4 UNDER GE BABINA

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5 m but n exc. 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cuttingonly with power roller 8-12 tone including filling in hollows and depression which occur during the process of of rolling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Moorum, Spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required and complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm each and depth exc 50 mm but not n. exc 100 mm deep and removing n. exc 50 mtr and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 200 mm thick Soiling (or sub base) with broken stone boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and considated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers WBM with coarse aggregate of granite trap or basalt stone aggregate grading 2 (63 to 40 mm) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient material and camber required with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally faning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of bitumnous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG - 10 complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to pot holes any depth exceeding 30 mm depth, area not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust & mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with cutback bitumen @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm putting in pre mixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg/10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exe 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally faning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of bitumnous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG - 10 complete all as specified and as directed.
