Excavating in trenches, in hard / dense soil n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of UG cables etc. and getting out, all as specified & directed. Note: The Contractor has to make good the damaged excavated surfac as per the existing specifications.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for Earth cushioning to UG cables using excavated soil riddled by using large sieve to separate the composite particle/roots and refilling in trenches in layers of 15 cm thick for protection of cable all as specified and as directed.
Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, Type-1, flat size 300mm x 180mmx 40mm for cable protection all as specified and shown on drawings.
Supply , laying , testing & commissioning HT under ground cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty (Earthed) 11000V grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sqmm 3 core, conforming to relevant IS, laid in trenches or ducts or fixing to 4 pole structures and connecting up complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV (earthed) grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced for HT structures.
M & L for boring of horizontal holes upto 4m depth below road, pavements, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including supply & laying HDPE pipe of 100mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure for laying UG cable (Note: If any cable / pipeline got damaged during excavation due to negligence , the contractor shall repair / make good the damaged item at no extra cost to Govt.)
Supply and fix GI tubing light grade 100mm dia.for cable protection, with all fittings, fix to walls / poles / laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed with & including necessary fixing clamps, etc.
S & F Switches air-break, Gang operated, Triple pole, 11000V mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps, complete all as specified and as directed.
