Providing and laying in position READY MIX CONCRETE M25 Grade using Ordinary Portland Cement with steel fiber, water cement ratio not exceeding 0.40 including the use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels using 20mm size & down graded aggregates in all types of works including hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations, machine vibrating, tamping, curing, providing fixtures like fan clamps, beading as specified, charges for conveyance of RMC from Plant to the site or all as required (Including cost of steel fiber ). Mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system by departmental officer etc. complete as per IS 4926 of 1976/1990. ((in the depth of 20 ft maximum)
Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)
For plane surfaces such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. (Maximum depth of 18 feet below GL)
Treating Active leakage from Concrete walls Providing and grouting with single component Polyurethane Foam injection grout at dripping leakage locations, grout mixed at ratio of 10:1 (10 parts of Resin: 1 part accelerator) at the rate of 0.40kg/nozzle which will foam after reaction with water/ moisture, cream time <20 seconds, rise time <30 seconds, foam expansion more than 30 times. It has a mixed viscosity of <350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. Allow the PU foam grout to cure for 5 -10 mins. Providing and grouting with two component Polyurethane based resin injection grout mixed at ratio of 2:1 (2 parts of Base: 1 part Hardener) which will injected through same nozzle at the rate of 0.30kg/nozzel which gives Adhesion strength >2.5 MPa, Adhesion in wet concrete >1.5MPa, Elongation >80%. It has a mixed viscosity of <350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. The finished cost to include surface preparation, fixing of non-return valve injection packers at dripping leakage locations and damp patch locations, seal the nozzles with polyester resin anchor grout Instant leak plug 0.2kg/nozzle. It includes the cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charges for erecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheet piles, fixing Casurina poles, etc., complete and all other incidental charges for the depths (i) 0-3mts.,(ii) 0-4mts.,(iii) 0-5mts., (iv) 0-6mts.,(v) 0-7mts. and (vi) 0-8mts.

(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
Installation of FINA/World Aquastics Standard pool system installation (Main Pool-Pool Tank Structure) : Design, manufacturing, supply and installation of Myrtha Renovaction Technology - Pre-Engineered Modular factory hot laminated PVC Stainless Steel panels and gutters combined with Myrtha Evolution reinforced membrane for pool floor. The Installation Methodology should respect World Aquatics/FINA Facility Rules 2021-2025. Swimming pool of dimension 50 m x 25 m with a depth of 1.35m-2m as per architectural drawings. (A) The Pre-Engineered modular Myrtha Classic Competition Gutter Type pool system featuring 1.05m height and 2.5mm thick PVC laminated stainless steel panels made of 0.5 mm thick rigid factory laminated PVC sheets over modular AISI 441 stainless steel panels of 2 mm thickness. Panel assembly to consist of an entirely rail system using guide rails to fit the panels. No welding and on-site PVC lamination on panels. Gutters should ensure 4 side overflow and made of 0.5 mm rigid PVC sheets hot calendared over modular AISI 441 stainless steel panels of 1.5mm thickness gutters to accommodate gutter dropouts defined as per Computational Fluid Dynamics study. Panel and Gutters are supported by a system of struts and buttresses for structure stability.
The pool floor will have Myrtha Evolution Reinforced Membrane of 2 mm thickness. It shall be Slip Resistance as per EN 13451-1 EN 13451-1. The evolution membrane is to be hot fused to the PVC laminated stainless steel panels (only at skirtings). There will be no use of PVC Membrane or PVC Liner to cover the stainless-steel panels. All accessories – inlets, drop-outs in gutter, anchors and grab rails for pool ladder and poles, etc. – must be integrated in the PVC laminated stainless steel panel and gutter. The ladders must be recessed in the swimming pool panels and grab rails must be anchored into the gutter. The installation must be carried out by technicians with relevant experience to install a high-quality swimming pool respecting World Aquatics/FINA Facility Rules.
Supporting elements for Swimming pool like Base Frame, Panel Support, Gutter Support, Strut and Buttress are made from cold form steel sections confirming AISI 441. Anchors, Rods, Bolts, Nuts, and Washers shall be Grade AISI 304 stainless steel. Handrails, Grab Rails, Poles, etc. that are exposed to water directly will be ANSI 316. Chemical Anchor capsules shall be in accordance with ASTM E 1512.Pool. The scope of work includes submission of design details for structure confirming with European Norms and Codes including, but not limited to: EN 1990, EN 1991, EN 1992, EN 1993, EN 1994, EN 1995, EN 1996, EN 1997 and EN 1998 and EN 1090. The pool equipment safety & test methods shall be as per EN 13451 and for safety of design follow EN 15288. Pool structure should have a structural warranty of a minimum of 25 years. (B) Supply and installation of FINA/World Aquatic compliant deck installed Starting Blocks – 20 No.; supply installation of standard anti wave lane ropes – 9 no., complete with wall targets and lane markings for 10 lanes. Gutter Installed Ladders and Grab Rails – 6 No. Floating Lane Anchors – Gutter Installed – 18 No.
(C) Design, manufacture, supply, and installation of pool hydraulic system. The scope of work includes submission of design details for Computational Fluid Dynamics confirming to EN 15288 and EN 13451. The system must also demonstrate circulation through a Dye Test as per EN 15288. Hydraulic Component like PVC Wall Inlets, PVC Gutter Dropouts are described in Standard EN 15288-2 and Bottom Drains product to comply with EN 13451-1 and EN 13451-3.
**THE BOQ HAS TO BE READ ALONG WITH THE DETAILED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION & TECHNICAL OFFER DOCUMENT TO ENSURE COMPLETE COMPLIANCE ON THE PROJECT REQUIREMENTS *** The bidder has to submit an affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper confirming that a “Memorandum of Understanding" with the technology provider (A&T Europe SPA) is in place. CIVIL MODIFICATION WORKS : Modification of civil works around the existing pool tank structure, to integrate Renovation Panel system suitably, which includes site survey using Total Station Method, to achieve perfect dimensional tolerance to install pre engineered panels at site, as per drawings , Chipping of tiles/walls etc using proper equipment and tools. Preparation of site as per issued Concrete work drawings and structural drawings, including modification around the deck area to lay new pipelines connecting to water treatment from the pool.
