Material and labour for painting one coat of water based paint after preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer's instruction for making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavement, runways and other like surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth, with road marking paint/ traffic paint (water based) conforming to the requirements of IS-164 (1981) white or golden yellow in tint or any other shade, complete all as specified and directed .

Providing and operating tractor with jungle jim for grass shrubs/ vegetation scrapping/ cutting or ploughing with (Harrow/ Cultivator) on requirement basis (within 48 hours of notice/ demand) and removing the rubbish from the site outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Grass scraping/surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil along the runway shoulder including grass vegetation, shrubs and earth work upto width of 3.0 metre from the edge of runway, taxiway, surrounding blast pens or similar work, complete all as specified and directed .

Raking out existing sealing compound from dummy/expansion joints of width 15mm to 30mm and complete removal upto 100mm deep, cleaning of sides, bottom and edges of adjoining slabs with solvent soaked cloth to remove sticked old sealing compound completely, and cleaning with steel wire brush and removing dust by air compressor and filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' upto and including width 10mm to 30mm and depth upto 100mm , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

De-silting of drain at depth upto 1.50 metre by rough excavation for cleaning existing drain and getting out in muddy soil including cutting small bushes, small trees girth not exceeding 30 cm from sides of brick lined drain, including removing excavated materials exceeding 50 mtr but not exceeding 250 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removal of rubbish outside MOD land and stacking of useful bricks/brickbats for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour, brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, brick work (with old retrieved serviceable bricks) sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed. Note : Bricks retrieved on demolition vide Serial Item No 10 shall be reused after proper cleaning and washing etc.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and depth not exceeding 1.5 metre for foundation, cesspits, manhole, pier hole etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and depth exceeding 1.5 metre but n.exc 3.0 metre for foundation, cesspits, manhole, pier hole. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.50Km and n.exc 5.0Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced), as in drain, coping and in subbase, not exceeding 15cm thickness, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed of drains and other similar works, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping and other similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, keyed pointing to brick walls in cement and sand mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 30000.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
