Laying of Pre-lubricated HDPE duct. The item also includes installation of all the accessories of HDPE duct like end caps,collars, bends, couplers etc

Excavation and refilling of cable trench for Track crossing by boring a hole at a depth 23 of minimum 1.0 meter, placing of HDPE pipe and restoring ballast to its original condition and cable trench from camera sharp bend not allowed as per technical specifications. The works must be executed under the supervision of P. Way staff of the Railway.

Horizontal direction drilling (HDD)/Trench less digging/machine drilling without 27 damage to surface road/track for laying/insertion of HDPE/GI/DWC pipe.The bore shall be done at the depth of minimum 1200 mm from the ground level.Contactor shall provide all material required for work and adequate no's of labours for proper laying of cables in to the bore.Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & presuure on the cable.

Blowing/Drawing of OFC Cables/Cat 6 Cables in the HDPE duct along with all the protective work as per instructions of engineer incharge at site.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Full HD Fixed Box Type IP Colour 33 Camera with Varifocal Lens and Housing & Mount and all accessories required for installation purposes along with 128 GB SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card or higher as per RDSO Specification No.RDSO/SPN/TC/65/2021, Ver 6.0 with latest ammendments.

Supply of 19"- 4U Network Rack with Power Socket, Cable Manager,Cooling Fan and Adjustable Tray, all fittings and accessories as per TS.

Supply and installation of 19 Inch FHD LED Display monitor with VGA and HDMI port as per TS.

Supply and Installation of heavy duty metal rack for mounting Battery and UPS as per TS.

Digging of 1.0 Meter deep and 0.3 Meter wide trenches In hard soils including hard rock and Soil mixed with ballast/Stone/Bricks, including clearing of roots of trees and bushes and temporary obstruction on the selected route, as per technical specifications and cable route plan. 38 Note: In case where digging of trench up to 1.0 Meter depth and 0.3 meter wide is not possible or bigger size trench is required to lay more cables or loose soil/ muck is encountered, the depth can be reduced / increased as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the works, the payment will be decreased/increased proportionate to the depth & width of excavation compared to 1.0 Meter deep and 0.3 Meter wide.
