Taking down carefully the existing Unserviceable submersible pump set of any capacity / type along with Column pipe and Elect cable from the bore well by disconnecting all in-coming and out going water and elect connections of approx depth 150 mtr, pouring of concentrate Hydro chloric acid of 35 ltrs into the bore well bottom by using pipe upto to 150 mtr depth (i.e upto bottom), keeping the bore hole for 24 hrs for idle, flushng out the bore hole by using high pressure compresser air / back washing for a period of 2 hours or upto the time all sludge is flushed out till clear water is obtained, conducting yield test with "V" notch method and Re - installation of submersible pumps sets along with column pipe with fittings and Elect cables etc in the bore well all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- 1. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the cost of any machinery / materials / man powers required for the complete flushing out of bore well 2. New items will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. 3. Rewinding of submersible pump will be measured and paid separately.

Repairs of 3 phase AC 415 volts, 2900 RPM electric submersible pumping motor including dismantling of of burnt motor , cutting and taking out burnt stator winding from motor cleaning the stator and rewinding with super enamelled water proof copper wire of original gauge /size including reassembling complete all complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Coupling sleeve

(j) Replacement of motor thrust bearing

(k) Replacement of stainless steel sleeves for pump

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections of the following sizes. Un-serviceable tubing remove from site and serviceable tubing kept for re-use as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete of following sizes:- Note :- Excavation & earth work not included same will be priced, measured and paid seperately under relevent items of Sch 'A'

Supply ,lowering and fixing into bore hole GI Column pipe 50 mm nominal bore both side flanged 10 mm thick duly welded including nut , bolts , & washers and rubber gasket of suitable size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lowering high density polyethylene pipe HDPE of pressure rating 16 kg/ sqcm lowering into borewell as column pipe etc. of size 32/40 mm nominal dia , ISI Marked including fixing of necessary SS nipple on both side for fixing of submersible pump and existing water pipe line with fanged and bolts & nuts required at site etc. complete all as directed.

Supply, jointing & fixing in replacement of nylon rope of 16mm dia to hold the submersible pumpset complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motors, flat 3 core of nominal area of conductor 4 sqmm,1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS well cap suitable for 150 mm dia casing pipe with 4 Nos 18 mm dia nuts , bolts and washers 2 MS clamp fabricated from flat iron 100 x 16 mm thick duly drilled holes of suitable size including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S & F MS clamp of size 50mm x 6 mm and 02 foot long for holding of 50/40 mm dia pipe all as specified and directed by engr-in-chage.

M & L for carrying bacteriological/chemical analysis and potablility test of water obtained from borewell from directorate of health service environment and poluution control wing panaji (Goa) /approved micro enginnering and testing lab and submitting the report in duplicate to complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, valve pits, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,laying of cables/pipes etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches (Hard/dense soil), not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, valve pits, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,laying of cables/pipes etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trencehs n. exc 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for founation etc for laying cables and n. exc 10 sqm on plain and getting out soft/disintegrated rock.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soil/rock.

Removing excavated soil/rock n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Excavation in trencehs in road cutting/ hard rock and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for taking out old pipe/laying of new pipe including making good the disturbed surface of road with same finish to match the original finish all as specified.

Supply only the ready to use materials for repairing pot holes in flexible roads(Bituminous roads), modified all weather bitumen paste in liquid asphalt with chemicals ,anti stripping agents , graded aggregate and additives can be used in temperature in the range of 0 to 50 degree C Make of STP/SIKA FOSROC or equivalent as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC ), heavy duty 77/63 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised steel tubes, 50 mm light grade for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable from any description ( trenches etc ) from various locations, Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 25 Sq mm, 4 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified.

M & L for servicing of submersible pumps of capacity 3 to 7.5 HP of any make including replacing of bushes, etc of brass impeller glands, worn out gaskets etc complete including testing all as directed.

Supply & Fix GI medium grade ISI marked of size 50 mm bore including all fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI medium grade ISI marked of size 40 mm bore including all fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.25 M deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 M below GL) connected with GI strip 25mm x 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer besides brazing at all joints as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work, 40mm bore GI pipe light grade ISI marked for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 chamber and mild steel angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 3 mm and 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade ISI marked for watering all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earth test point including testing including dismantling of old ineffective earthing complete all as specified and directed. M &L rendering in 10mm thick on fair faces of brick/ stone work in cement mortar 1:4 and finish the surface fair and even complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work / using as coping / any description all as dirceted.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for filling and mass concrete using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation and surface work.

M & L for borewell rain water Harvesting system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Area required for 6-10 Sqm including 03 nos of tanks (A. Collection tank : 1.2 x 3.0 x1.2 cum ; B. Filtration Tank : 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.5 cum ; C. Recharge Tank : 1.2 x1.2 x 1.5 . (b) Number of online filter required 02 nos (c) No of Horrizontal V wire filter 01 No. (d) No of vertical V wire filter 01 No. (e) Approximate length of PVC pipe minimum 80 Mtr and not more than 150 Mtr (f) Qty and size of pebbles as directed by Engineer in charge. M & L for borewell recharge through rain water harvesting system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Area required for system 15 sqm including 03 nos of tanks (A. Collection tank : 1.2 x 3.0 x1.2 cum ; B. Filtration Tank : 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.5 cum ; C. Recharge Tank : 1.2 x1.2 x 1.5) . (b) Number of online filter required 02 nos (c) No of Horrizontal V wire filter 01 No. (d) No of vertical V wire filter 01 No. (e) Approximate PVC plumbing Lenght : 50 Mtr Note:- (a) Rate quated shall be included for construction on collection, Filtration and Recharge Tanks. Removal of existing submersible pump set of any capacity from the existing borewell (by any means) of depth up to 150 mtr and flushing out till clear water is obtained, conducting yield test with 'V' Notch and reinstallation of submersible pump set after repair in the bore well complete all as directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of any T&P or machinery required for the complete flushing out of the bore well and testing and commissioning of submersible pumpset. (ii) The contractor shall submit yield test report of each borewell to Egineer-in-charge.

S & F for submersible cable ,flat, PVC insulated copper conductor stranded type, 1100 volts grade of size 3 core 2.5 sq. mm size, including jointing of cable with proper kit, connecting to motor and starter with suitable thimble including dismantling the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS clamp of size 32mm x 6 mm and 02 foot long for holding of 40 mm dia pipe.
