SCH "A" PART-I ( LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT )

Dismantling/ taking down BER washing machine side loading heavy duty 100 kg capacity after necessary removal of electrical connections and water connection from existing location at site including shifting /transporting to MES store yard for depositing as directed.

All as per Item No 3 above but for 50 Kg capacity all as directed Note for item 3&4 : Dismantled BER equipments should be shifted /transporting to MES AGE E/M store yard as directed by Engineer in charge . Necessary transport arrangement/ Loading/ unloading. gate pass issue are to be taken care by the contractor.

Supply installation testing and commissioning industrial new generation Washer extractor of capacity not less than 60 Kg with high speed extraction, front loading and unloading. Fully suspended soft mount type, stainless steel construction, fully programmable PLC- store 24 Wash programs with a large LCD display showing complete massage information of the program , pause and continue features are provided in case of power outage the present programs can be easily modified. single motor 785 RPM with visible frequency inverter drive renders various speed for washing distribution and low, medium, high spin extraction, capable controls electric peak load demands. High torque inverters and heavy duty motors ensure high efficiency and low power consumption. provided with 5 stainless steel chemical compartments. inbuilt heater 27KW . heavy duty including with complete accessories and interconnecting the water inlet pipe drain pipe and valves steam inlet valves strainer including with complete accessories and necessary PCC foundation 1:2:4 and exhaust ducting as required etc. all as manufacturer's recommendation and all as specified and directed.(Make : Ramsons - IFB , Model : RVWE- 60 or Equivalent in LG/SAMSUNG/WHIRLPOOL)

(b) Outer cabinet stainless steel front sides top & back covers of 1.22mm thickness die pressed SS front &door with electromagnetic door interlock.

(d) Inner cylinder stainless steel perforated inner cylinder of SS 304 quality of 2mm thickness coned S back-end-plate with taper SS bush at the center carbon steel shall not be used anywhere on the cylinder continuous SS welding and dynamically balanced.

(e) bearing housing : GG25 cast iron bearing housing with 2 No s made of SKF Heavy duty taper roller bearings packed with auto lubricants & sealed V-Ring seat arrangement for water tightness with self lubricating arrangement. One seal for lubricating arrangement of bearing.

(f) Drive single motor with variable frequency inverter drive for various speeds for wash distribution low normal &high spin extract.

(g) Fully programmable PLC with 24 customized or present processors with step by step LCD instruction for cycle advance variable time signal process modification and diagnostics checks.

(h) Soap dispenser SS 316 5 Compartment in built soap dispenser each fitted with independent water solenoid valve & pressure jet.

M & L in replacement for sub main wiring with PVC insulated, 1100 volts grade single core multistranded copper conductor cable conforming to IS specification, 4 runs of 10 sqmm including one run of 10 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables as earth continuity conductor with colour code drawn through and including one run of 25 mm dia rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories or casing capping incl accessories fixed on wall/ ceiling etc., or concealed in wall and connecting to common earth dolly including taking down old unsv all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement MCB Four pole 415 volts , 40 amps 'C' Curve 10 ka Capacity all as directed.

Supply and fixing in wall mounted triple pole and earth enclosure with a three pin and earth plug with socket complete with MCB 32 Amps and steel enclosure fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI tubing medium grade 50mm dia with all fitting such as bends, sockets, elbows, tees, reduces, unions, sockets complete laid in trenches/ floors or fixed to walls all as specified.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI tubing medium grade 40mm dia with all fitting such as bends, sockets, elbows, tees, reduces, unions, sockets complete laid in trenches/ floors or fixed to walls all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal gate valve, 50mm dia with iron wheel, head screwed both ends for GI pipe.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal gate valve, 40mm dia with iron wheel, head screwed both ends for GI pipe.

Supply and laying in replacement of PVC (UPVC) PIPE FOR WASTE WATER DISCHARGE/ Drain out pipe PVC any class including special, OD 150 mm dia with all fitting such as bends, sockets, elbows, tees, reduces, unions, sockets complete laid in trenches/ floors or fixed to walls all as specified.
