NOTE for item 1 to 1.09 :- (I) Comprehensive maintenance includes all minor, major and consumable repairs and replacement of spares/parts etc (comphrensive maintenance does not include repair/ replacement of car door/car cabin)ARD,Mother Board,Driver. (ii) lift inspection to be carried out by govt approved lift inspector once in 06 months & documentary proof to be submitted. (iii) Comprehensive maintenance shall be carried out by OEM i.e., M/s Omega Elevators, M/s OTIS Elevators and M/s UT Limited M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. (iv) A willingness letter from the above referred OEMs shall be uploaded with tender documents and MOU from the same shall be submitted to the accepting officer within 10 days of placing of Work Order. Any lift complaints not attended within 2-3 hours a penalty of Rs 500 per complaint for each hour there onwards would be charged against contractor.

Taking down old unserviceable hydrant hose pipe and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hydrant hose pipe, 63 mm dia and 2x15 mtrs long RRL type with Gunmetal 63 mm size male coupling at one end and female coupling at the other end. It should with stand a burtsting pressure of 450 psi, rot proofed, with ISI mark. Hose shall comply to IS 636

Replacement of Fire hydrant stand post both ends flanged 1 Mtr long with one end bent to 90 degrees suitable for long single fire hydrant valves including duck foot bend double end flanged and sluice valve all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all electrical connections from the unserviceable self starter of any make/ capacity model 24 volts, 180 /200 AH and taking down the self starter and transporting to civil workshop for carrying out repairs, complete overhauling the system including replacing the unserviceable parts such as bearing, carbon brushes, clutch plates etc refixing the self starter in its original position, testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing rubber hoses and draining out the water from the choked radiator assembly of the existing make and model and of various capacities of DG sets and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical connections from the existing mounting, transporting the same to civil workshop for carrying out servicing, opening the top and bottom covers of radiator assembly cleaning thoroughly the chocked pipe of the radiator by using detergent, lime caustic soda, cotton etc., cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes/tubes including arresting of leakage by means of soldering, brazing and transporting back to site and refixing the same in its original position with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers etc., complete all as directed for the following DG sets:-
