BUILDING WORKS

Item No. 01A : Aluminium alloy movable (four wheeled) ladder of height 4.50 metre complete with railing fabricated from "HINDALCO" Make heavy duty high tensile alum alloy extruded ladder section of 6351 T-6 grade WP 64430 confirming to IS : 733 free from thermal stresses fitted with special rubber bonded wheels with double ball bearing and tested quality ropes of Make "Allied traded links Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi" or equivalent makes as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No. 01B : Corrosion free stainless steel pipe of size 40mm bore, outer dia 48.26 mm round/square, of grade 304-1500-1900-40S as in framework for sign boards & similar work including cutting, bending, welding and legs embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) after excavation & earthwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-PCC will be measured and paid for separately.

Item No. 01C : High intensity retro reflective sign boards made of hardened ACP sheet 2 mm thick POP riveted to stainless steel pipes as required. Sign boards shall be reflective on both sides with wide HP sheet and overlay film of blue/green colour with computer cut letters/sign and border made of high intensity grade white/yellow sheeting and mechanically fixed on ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-Stainless steel pipe will be measured and paid for separately under item no.1 B above.

Item No. 01D : Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1,using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Posts and struts ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Item No. 01E : Point wiring (using approved colour coding as per IS) with 1100 volts grade, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLSH,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable IS 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC concealed conduit(thickness 2mm and 25 mm dia) and its fittings duly ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles,junction boxes,including modular PVC box,modular white cover plate/PVC gang box and inner plate with frame of suitable size for mounting modular switches/sockets,fan regulators etc complete with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, PVC FRLS copper conductor, insulated, unsheathed,stranded (Green colour) connected to common earth dolly confirming to IS-694, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:-

Item No. 01E(a) One Light/Fan/Bell point controlled by one switch 6Amp

Item No. 01E(b) Socket outlet, three pin, 6 Amp, on independent board.

Item No. 02 : All as per item No-01E above but one switch socket outlet multi purpose, 5pin, 15 Amps, point controlled by one switch and wiring with 2.5 Sqmm PVC FRLSH cable,insulated, stranded, unsheathed copper conductor on Independent board with continuous earth wire of size 2.5sqmm , PVC copper conductor, insulated, unsheathed, stranded cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly confirming to IS-694 ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 03 : Flame proof point wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volt grade (FRLSH) electric cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm phase and neutral drawn in and including ERW rigid steel stove enameled black conduit heavy duty ISI marked of size 20mm dia concealed type including all flame proof conduct fittings and accessories such as tees junction boxes, bends duly tested by CMRI Dhanbad suitable for six light controlled by one flame proof rotary switch SP one way and including drawing continuous earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed 1100V grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm and connected to earth dolly conforming to IS-694, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 05 : Flame proof/weather proof direct entry type rotary switch single pole,totally enclosed, on & OFF rotary motion switch in cast aluminum alloy LM-6 enclosure epoxy powder coated single pole 230Volts 16 Amps, AC ON/OFF switch operated externally by Knob having 02 Nos of M-20 cable entries, earthing terminals suitable for mounting on Wall/Steel structure etc duly tested & certified by CMRI-Dhanbad complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 06 : Flame proof/weather proof LED fixture 2x20 watts ,totally enclosed 1200mm with aluminium extruded and aluminium heat sink, System Lumen Efficacy ≥100 Lm/W operating Voltage between 140-270Vac , Power Factor more than 0.90%, LED Driving Current < 70% of rated maximum forward current,THD less than 20%, CRI more than 80%, Luminaire intergal driver with 2KV surge protection, Over Load Protection, No Load Protection and BIS Marking (R no. for Driver), Driver Certiifcation IEC64347-2-13 IS(15885), Over all electrical efficency more than 90%, Driver electrical efficiency will be > 85%, with atleast 2 years on site warranty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 07 : Flame proof flexible metallic hose conduit of external dia 20 mm exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc.,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 08 :- Flame proof/weather proof 60 W LED flood light with system Lumen efficacy>100 Lm/W Operating Voltage between 120-277 Vac, Driver will have cut off at >300 Vac, IP66 Protection, Power factor more than 0.95%, LED CCT 5700 + or - 300 ANSI BIN, LED Driving Current 700mA, Luminarie Surge Protection 5KV in series connection with flag indication,over load protection,No load protection and BIS Marking (R no for Driver), Driver Ceritifcation IEC64347-2-13 IS(15885), over all electircal efficency more than 90%,driver electircal efficiency will be >90% at least 2 Year on site warranty, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 09 :- Flame proof/weather proof 100 W LED flood light with system Lumen Efficacy >100 Lm/W, Operating Voltage between 140-277Vac, driver will have cut off at >300 Vac, Power factor more than 0.95%, LED CCT 5665 + or -355K as per ANSI BIN, LED Driving Current <70% of rated maximum forward current, Luminaire intergal driver with 5KV surge protection, over load protection, No Load Proctection and BIS Marking (R no For Driver) ,driver certification IEC64347-2-13 IS (15885),driver shall be concealed under IP66 protection, overall electrical efficency more than 90%, driver electircal efficiency will be > 85% connecting with PVC copper cable of size 3x1 sqmm as per IS 10322 at least 2 years on site warranty without any condition, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 10 : Flame proof 10 way distribution board for mounting MCBs/RCBO's ELCB etc. as per IS specification and CMRI approved of factory made fabricated out of cast aluminium alloy LM-06 gray appoxy powder coated finish, fitted with DIN Channel neutral link, earth links and 200 Amps rated bus bar. The DB shall be having with IP-65 protection , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:-The DBs shall also be consisting and including the following :- (a) MCB SPN,40 Amp, AC 50 Hz,230 volts - 01 No,(b) MCB SP,10 Amps,AC 50 Hz, 230 volts - 08 Nos.

ITEM NO 11 : Sheet metal enclosure MCB DB, SPN, 240 volts, 8 way, epoxy powder coated,double door type with and including common bus bar 200 amps rated, IP43/K09 protection,grouted flush to wall in cement mortar (1:3), making electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Havells,CAT part No-DHDNSHODDW08,Legrand, Cat No- 507611 or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM NO. 12 : MCB SP, 230 Volt , 50 Hzs, 6 to 32 A, 10 KA , "B" curve,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Havells,CAT part No-DHMGBSPF006-032 or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM No 13 : MCB SPN,32 Amps, 'B' Curve as incommer, 230 volt , 50 Hzs,10 KA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 14 : Ceiling fan (4 Star Rated) 230 V, 50 Hz, 1200 mm sweep confirming to IS374-2019, with all standard accessories as per manufacturer's recommendations ,making connections with 3 core copper cable of size not less than 1.5mm sqmm from ceiling rose,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells ES-505/ Bajaj / USHA or equivalent make as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM NO. 15 : Modular ceiling fan regulator, electronic step(minimum 4 step) type flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc as reqd 120W, 240 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 16 : Stationary water heater (Geyser) vertical storage type,electric driven,closed vented type(5 star rated marked) of capacity 25 Ltrs,230 volts AC,50HZ including 2 Nos PVC connections of size 15mm dia and 900 mm long,grouting nuts,bolts, washers, making electric connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 17 : Exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 300 mm sweep 900 RPM, heavy duty, with louvers including suitably embedded in wall including making hole/opening and making connection with flexible cord copper of size 23/.0076 from ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 18 : LED 20/22 W,E-LITE LED PRIDE PLUS, 230V,decorative ultra slim round profile LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly,energy efficent , connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable copper conductor , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Havells , Cat Part No. LHEXBLP7PN1W020/WIPRO/HPL or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM No 19 : LED 10/12 W,E-LITE LED PRIDE PLUS NEO, 230 V,decorative ultra slim square profile LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly,energy efficent , connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable copper conductor , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Havells, Trica Series Cat Part No. LHEXBTP7IN1W009 /WIPRO/HPL or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM No 20 : LED lamp 10W,pine type 6.5k/4k/3k(PC cover) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Havells, Cat Part No. LHLDEUEEML8R010 /WIPRO/HPL or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM No 21 : Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : The unit rate includes for protecton pipe 15mm and GI earth wire 4mm from top of earth plate upto 7.50 metre above ground level.

Fire Fighting Works

ITEM NO 22 : Ductile iron fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, tail pieces with one end flanged (integrally cast) and one end socket/spigot caps and plugs suitable upto 100 mm bore ductile iron pressure pipes of K-9 classification including nuts,bolts,washer and push on flexible rubber gasket joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 22A : Centrifugally cast ductile iron pressure pipe 100 mm bore, with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking with IS 8329/2000 classification K9, In standard length of 5.5 - 6 mtr suitable for and including push on joint (gasket D jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE:-Ductile iron fittings will be measured and paid for separately.

Item No 23 : Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 1200 mm x 1200mm x 1200 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cement mortar 1:6 internally plastered in cement mortar (1:6) and externally plastered in cement mortar (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15cm offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Item No 24 : Cutting existing CI/DI pipe and reducing to required length in position for inserting of new tees branches, collars, bends etc for 150 to 200 mm bore pipes , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Both sides cutting shall be measured as one unit) NOTE : Cost of tee with jointing material shall also be included in quoted rates.

Item No 26 : Mild steel ERW pipe 25 mm bore 1.6 mm wall thickness run surface conduit on surface of wall/above false ceiling including painting with 2 coats of red colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for exposed surface including all necessary fixing accessories/materials ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 27 :- Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty FRLS cable with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2.5 sq. mm nominal cross section 4 core, having 650/1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 30 : Supply, installation of Addressable mini monitor module with Back box for manual pull station as required/as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 33 : Supply only Analogue Addressable Control Module, UL-Listed (9th Edition), Modular Construction, Supervised a Class ‘B’ Style ‘Y’ output circuit, Module Status by RED LED, Analogue Communication with the panel, Module Addressing by 8 way DIP switches,Operating Voltage : 24 VDC Nominal, Current Draw, 2 mA Max.(Latched) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 34 : Wiring for circuit/submain wiring 2x1.5 Sqmm alongwith 1x1.5 Sqmm earth wire FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in and including concealed steel conduit, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 3 Runs each of 1RM of 1.5 sqmm along with steel conduit will be measured & paid as single unit for payment purpose.

Item No 35 : Online UPS, 1.0 KVA with 60 minutes back up, 12 volts battery dry type 40 AH with necessary accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 36 : Hand operated floor mounted siren with an audio range of 1.5 KM all in weather proof enclosure near motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

External Electric Supply Works

Item No 37 :- Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 32x6mm earth strip by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, medium grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe shall be deemed to be included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid for separately.

Item No 38 :- MCCB Four Pole , 125 A, with thermal magnetic protection having Ics=Icu 100%, 25 KA, thermal adjustable 0.8 to 1.0 In inclusive of 08 Nos spreader links as per the OEM of MCCB all as per Legrand Make Cat No 420056 or equivalent in ABB/ Schneider or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- MCCB shall be fixed in the existing LT panel. The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all necessary addition/ alteration to be carried out within the panel like fixing arrangements, cutting of panel doors, etc. to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No 39 : MCB,Four Pole,32 Amps, 415 volt , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make:- Cat No 408791 of Legrand, Schinder,Havells, Seimens or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

ITEM No 40 : Boring underground upto 100 mm bore for road crossing 3 mtr to 10 mtr not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of electric cable and GI tubing in soft/loose soil , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 42 : LED Street Light 70/72W with System Lumen Efficacy ≥120 Lm/W operating Voltage between 120-270Vac, multistage isolated potted driver. Driver will comply for 440Vac operation ( will sustain for 4 - 6 hrs continuously ). Driver will have cut off at > 300 Vac, IP66 Protection, Power Factor more than 0.95%, of rated maximum forward current, Luminaire intergal driver with 5KV surge protection, Over Load Protection, No Load Protection and BIS Marking (R no. for Driver), connecting with PVC copper cable of size 1.5x3 sqmm as per IS 10322 at Least 2 Year on site warranty without any condition , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 43 : Factory made outdoor type CRCA sheet steel duly phosphatized and powder coated with 7 tank process made enclosure three phase 50 Hz AC timer based wall/ pole mounted feeder pillar box having degree of protection IP 32 & 54 with 24 hour programmable digital 24 Hr. time switch, Auto/Manual selctor switch-01 No., door locking by panel lock and provision for pad lock, pre-wired ready to use, liberal termination space, louvers provided on both sides for proper heat dissipation, suitable three phase power contactor 65 TP - 01 No, 63 amps TPN - 01 No. as incoming including setting of the astronomical time switch, testing and commissioning of the panel, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Havells Cat No IHXTS09120, Hager, L&T or equivalent model in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' .

Item No 44 : 40 W LED solar street light system, 2 days autonomy, dust and water proof IP 65, solar street light system all in one integrated solar street light with PIR Sensor inbuilt battery , including mono crystalline silicone solar panels with high efficiency MPPT charge controller, sensor with dimming capabilities for power save, high efficiency, high lumen LED modules more than 90% efficiancy, view angle 120 degree, lumen flux system efficicency 120 degree, over current protection, short cricuit protection, lighting protection, polarity protection ,low voltage light (Red Led), high performance Lithium ferro-phosphate battery (tested on high temperture) with 2 days autonomy with & including wall mounting bracket made out of suitable dia GI pipe of length not less than 1.5 mtr and necessary fittings fixing and at least two year warranty from manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- PCC Foundation will be measured and paid for separately.)

Item No 46 : Digital thermo hygro meter as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make:- HTC or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'/ or as approved by GE.

Item No 47 : Cable route indicator with engraved "LT UG cables" painted in blue colour and route of cable with aero made of CI in suitable eleiptical shape and fixed in MS rod 12mm dia 70 cm long (all word embosed) and embedded in PCC block of size 80cm x 15cm x 8cm in ground, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

LIGHTNING PROTECTION

Item No 48 :- Earthing complete with 600mmx600mmx3.15 mm copper plate surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including copper Strip of size 20x3mm as earthing lead by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised iron 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25 (Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, CI frame, charcoal and common salt filling in alternate layers all as shown and specified in electrical plate in MES Schedule Part- I ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 49 : Static Discharge Handles made out of 20mm dia, 500mm length electrolytic copper solid rod fixed on wall with Dough moulding compound (DMC) insulator, brass spacers and connected to the static discharge conductor/ 20 X 3 mm copper strip with brazing ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 50 : Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated CPRI approved, floor mounted LT panel outdoor type of size-LXBXW-1.5m x 2.0m x 0.75m made out of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick duly power coated with Siemens grey shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed dust & vermin proof with working voltage of 415V, 50 HZ, 3 phase ,400 Amps bus bar, 4 wire extendible in both ends, fully compartmentalized for each control gear having back side of panel openable (Keeping in mind the space constraints at site) and shall be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current & shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right the bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, & shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar will be supported on DMC provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring shall be done with multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves etc. The bottom of the panel shall contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs -02 Nos. shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual feeders. The panel shall be mounted on duly painted MS Angle iron fame 50x50x6mm for stand duly grouted on PCC 1:2:4 having a depth of 150mm below G.L and 100 mm above the G.L with slot openings for I/C and O/G cables. The cubicle shall have centre lift up type slanting roof rain hood made up of 3.00 mm CRCA sheet. The depth and width of the rain hood shall be at least 120% of the depth and width pillars.

Item No 51 : Flame proof sub main wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed1100 volt grade electric cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size two run 4 sqmm for phase and neutral drawn in and including ERW rigid steel stove enamelled black conduit heavy duty ISI marked of size 20 mm dia concealed type including all flame proof conduit fittings and accessories such as tees, junction boxes, bends duly tested by CMRI dhanbad and including drawing continous earth wire FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm and connected to earth dolly ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
