(Note : All the tree branches obstructing to the O.H line shall be trimmed up to 3 mtr away from the O.H line. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of charges for the trimming of trees.) Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft soil and taking existing cable taking out old UNSV cable from the trench any size and rating complete all as specified and directed Note :- Excavation carried out by contractor without damage existing services, if it is any services damage by contractor during excavation of work it will repair/serviceable at site without occurring any extra cost

Material & labour for carring out fault detection of LT XLPE electrical cable located inside 25 ED station complex through cable fault detector van of MSEDCL (testing division) or equivalent approved vendor,identifing the the fault carring out necessary exacavation using JCB/Manualy for verification of fault& fault confirmation , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note ; If fault not located by the contractor within specified time a recovery of an amount of Rs 5000/- will be recovered per day.

M&L repair for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular poles,cross arms and painting with two coat of aluminium paint after scrapping old paint marking of pole no number over black back ground with white paint size of letter as directed by Engr-in-Charge all as directed for pole of LT pole up to 9/11 mtr long including marking of pole number. Note:- (i) T&P will be included by firm in quoted rate (ii) Any casualty or injury sustained by the contractor’s workers during the working hours shall be sole liability of the contractor. No claim on this account shall be entertained by the department

M&L inrepair for painting with two coat of cement based paint after scrapping old painted surfaces of concrete poles of height upto 9/11 meters and including marking of poles numbers in white on black background complete all as directed.

M&L inrepair for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from strucural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated, with & inclusive of one coat red oxide primer & one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint after preperation of surfaces all as soecified, as directed by engg in charge.

Supply and errection in position of steel tubular pole swaged complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, pole caps and screws, top cover all as specified type 410 SP 31 ( 9 mtr long ).The poles shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint through internally and externally up to planting depth and balance portion of pole shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, marking of pole no number over black back ground with white paint size of letter all as specified, as directed by Engr in charge. Note:-Excavation and earth work shall be paid separatly and including taking out old uNSV one by Engr in charge.

S & F in replacement of Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) Three phase load of 5 KW for automation of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under Voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, Neutral loss & Phase reverse incl Power contactors (3 nos of capacity 16 amps per phase each) and incoming (3 nos of capacity 20 amps each)- outgoing MCB(3 nos of capacity 20 amps each) & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 10 sqmm. The sensor , VSM, Power contactor, MCBs incl connected items should be enclosed in a Pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof,termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. Material & labour for panel painting the surfaces of outdoor LT panel(of any size) including scraping out old paint,preparation of surfaces and painting with two coat of synthetic enameled siemens grey paint complete all as directed including marking of building number on front face of panel in colour as directed by Engr In charge.

M&L for maintainance of LT panel/feeder piller box indoor/outdoor type(of any size) by cutting corroded MS lid from panel, weilding the same with 3 mm thick./ MS sheet in any desired shape including removing the carbonised/ melted sparked thimbles cleaning the carbonised bus-bar making cable end clean, welding/ replacement of broken hinges with new one,replacement of locks with new one (as per reqiurement ) mounted on exisiting door , including taking elect shut down and cleaning the all bus bar system , incomming and out going cables,replacement of burnt thimble/caple pieces/glands by using new thimble,cleaning of MCBs/ MCCBs complete all as directed including marking of building number on front face of panel in colour as directed by Engr In charge.

Material and labour for earthing (in repair) complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60 cm x 3.0 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 20 x 3 mm by means of galvanized iron nuts & bolts or as directed at site by Engineer -in-Charge protected by GI Pipe 40 mm dia light grade and connected to test point and further connected to equipment, machinery, electrical panel or any other as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, which to be earthed, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including provision of concrete earth pit constructed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as earth pit and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for cover slab with necessary reinforcement with handle for lifting also including provision of funnel with wire mesh with 20 mm GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm thick all around the electrode , including necessary excavation and earth work , testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of cubicle type outdoor LT feeder pillar box fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet of size 64x64x37 cm (hight xwidthxdepth) with separate locking arrangement, painted with epoxy powder coated over a coat of red oxide primer, factory made, cubicle type, double door hinged type, both side openable, mounting electrical accessories, holes for cable entries, detachable gland plates at bottom, earth connection terminals etc. and mounted on 40x40x5 mm angle iron frame, adequate clearance from ground level for the entry and exit of cables, provision of ventilation on sides, manufacturer details, necessary PCC work for grouting and provn of cable lugs for connection etc. complete and consisting of following:- (a) MCCB 125A 4 pole, 25 KA -01 Nos ( as main incomer), (b) LED indication lamps 3 Phase,(d) 32 to 42 Amp MCB 4 TPN - 04 Nos as out goinnig (e) Aluminum bus bar 200 Amp current capacity..

Labour only for following services are to be provided for to carry out the preventive maintenance for existing electrical LT equipment of 1100 Volt and LT over head lines and all accessories by employing requisite numbers of man power (Electricians and helpers shall be experienced in their trades).will report to JE E/M in charge of receiving sub station for to receiving instructions to carrying out repair at sharp 0900 hrs on every working day i.e. for 8 hrs with necessary tools complete all as directed. (a). Carrying out periodaical checking and maintenance of LT panel (b). Checking and tightning of all jumpers, earth connection, Lightning Arresters, fuses including putting of fuses and necessary repair and maintenance as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge / Rep of dept in all four pole structure under complete area of 25 ED AF. (c).Checking and tightning of all jumpers, earth connection, tightning of ACSR conductor and necessary repair and maintenance as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge / Rep of dept in all LT O/H Feeders and LT Two pole structure under complete 25 ED AF area. (d).Checking of Earthing, test points, earth leads, periodical testing of earth resistance, cheching and rectification of earth neutral voltage fault all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (e).Carrying out minor repair of LT Panel and MCCB DBs tightning of terminal studs, ftc. (f). Carrying out maintenance and repair to Indoor / Outdoor LT distribution Feeder Pillar Box checking of all terminals, internal wiring, replacement of fuses all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-1. The above quoted rates are deemed to include the cost of labour for cleaning of grass / bushes around the machines, plants, machines, transformers, Two/Four pole structure and Fencing for above installation. Note 2:-. Complete material and necessary T&P ( earth megger, multi meter, all electrical tools, ladder, trasportation etc.) as required for rectification of defects/attending to fault shall be arranged by contractor and cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. M&L for maintenance & servicing of servo voltage stablilizer 5-25 KVA three phase 440 V for as per sample, section Indoor/ outdoor type after disconnecting incoming & outgoing LT connection / Earthing and opening the voltage stabilizer complete and cleaning throughly, removing, cleaning old gasket and replacement with new gasket and servicing of servo motors as recommonded by the manufacture insulating properly with genuine material, and stablizer body gasket reassembling the voltage stabilizer with and repair /maintance/replacement of volt meter, Am meter, PF meter, indicator lamp RYB, servo motor, rpelace MMCB as per exisiting capacity resistance contact and remounting on foundation, complete with connecting back all removed electrical earth connection and testing on completion of functioning of the Voltage Stabilizer for stable voltage output, completed all as specified & as directed by Engineer- In - Charge.
